$275 and 25 minutes that i never got back. It was so quick and I felt that it was done carelessly. Tom did my tax and I'm so disappointed with the lack of effort he made. Didn't even try to help me at all to calculate my expenses. My friend went to Tom and he made some error she ended up paying so much money from 2022 tax and had to make an amendment when she had someone else did her tax this year (WHICH I HAVE ADVISED HER TO). She ended up with a refund. WTF right ?! I will never come back. read more

Update 3/19-Super nervous this year because of all the new tax laws. Heard from several people who had always gotten refunds in the past that they had to pay this year--but Tom got me a refund comparable to the past two years! I'm still so impressed with the service here! Update 2/18- 2nd year using them and still 100% satisfied! First time coming here and I was thoroughly impressed! Worked with Tom and he got back to me within minutes for every question I had. Left the two previous accountants I had for bad/unprofessional service but everything happens for a reason. Lyzet's is much closer to my home, price is reasonable, and service is impeccable. I thought maybe the great reviews were fabricated or maybe family members were doing them a favor. But I was blown away by Tom's great attitude and knowledge AND I wasn't sitting there waiting for an hour like I had become accustomed to at my previous tax places. Liz and Tom are both so helpful, so you won't go wrong with either. It's scary picking a tax person you can trust but they will help you as best they can and they'll do it right! You might wait a little at your appointment for the person before to finish but let me tell you, it is better for you to wait it out then leave because in the end, you won't find a better person. I drive an hour and 15 min to see them. I know they have a virtual option but me and my husband love talking to them so we'll keep making the drive next year. read more
