Mike ran his crew expertly and happily answered all of my questions. The crew worked efficiently and diligently. They thoroughly cleaned our property of their work debris. They even came back twice to check for any nails left behind. The project manager, even took me to see two areas where he felt my downspouts were not draining properly and would eventually damage the corner pieces of wood, after they themselves replaced the wood. This action and advice was much appreciated. They went above and beyond and we are thrilled with their work, actually the whole experience and highly recommend, Hulton. The sales rep / the point of contact has not answered a single text message or phone call since they left our premises. The shingles manufacturer, GAF, confirmed the contractor's existence in their system but do not have a record of our job and could not help us with the 50 year 100% coverage warranty. Which he was and is! We hired them to add insulation all around our home, remove old and install new siding, windows, gutters, fascia, doors. Hmmmm....what else can I have these guys do!!! They were great!!! Their team came to our house and were extremely professional and courteous! We added changes (more work) to the scope of work many times and they rolled with it. We did have an issue with the window manufacturer who could not make our front window correctly. JL came out multiple times to address the issue. Even after the manufacturer came out and measured they still did not get it correct! This was the window manufacturer NOT JL. JL stood behind their work and stayed with us until it was all done.
