We LOVE JL Roofing! Mauricio came out to my house on a cold, windy Saturday morning and met with me. I knew as soon as I met him that he was genuinely kind and trustworthy. Which he was and is! We hired them to add insulation all around our home, remove old and install new siding, windows, gutters, fascia, doors. Hmmmm....what else can I have these guys do!!! They were great!!! Their team came to our house and were extremely professional and courteous! We added changes (more work) to the scope of work many times and they rolled with it. We did have an issue with the window manufacturer who could not make our front window correctly. JL came out multiple times to address the issue. Even after the manufacturer came out and measured they still did not get it correct! This was the window manufacturer NOT JL. JL stood behind their work and stayed with us until it was all done. JL had the window manufacturer remake the window in a new frame. That worked! If you are looking for a home improvement company filled with honest people , call JL Roofing and Siding! I appreciate Mauricio, Byron and their team so much!! They took a stressful situation and made it easy on me. By the way--their prices were phenomenal! Do yourself a HUGE favor and call JL Roofing and Siding. ABSOLUTELY FIVE STAR COMPANY!!!!!!! PS: JL Roofing and Siding does not do decks. We asked multiple times, but they don't do them. Tina from the office kept us up to date during the whole process. I like to give a shout out to the workers who did the job. They did a great job. They also did a great job cleaning up. They installed my roof a few years back with a 10 year warranty. They replaced my attic fan saying I do not need it because the ridge vent would do the work. Fast forward, the roof started swelling in multiple locations and they started blaming us, saying we did not have good circulation. They keep on promising to come a fix the roof, but postpone it for one reason or another. read more

They rescheduled my first appointment for an estimate and then never showed up for the second appointment even though they texted me a confirmation. I took the morning off of work to meet with them. With all of the roofing and siding companies in the area, there's no reason to select people that don't respect your time. read more

From the beginning, they were open and honest about how long the estimate would take due to the volume of business, and Cambrie was the only person we worked with that actually quoted us for what we asked. Siding is expensive, but J&L were the best price we received, and the quality of their work was above and beyond our expectations. Once our siding was in and the work began, they were FAST - we couldn't believe how quickly they replaced our very complicated previous siding with our chosen vinyl siding, secure window capping, window replacement, gutters, and more. These guys did the roof and the entire siding early this year on my old cape cod house and did an excellent job from the beginning to the end. The estimate quoted ahead of time was exactly as stated in the end. They showed up on time on the day that they were supposed to start the work. Each night, they cleaned up the entire work area before they left for the day so that no one could get hurt around the area as it took a few work days to get it all done. The workers and foreman and the estimator were all very polite and professional at all times. I would suggest this company to anyone who asks. read more
