I have recieved a package of Brandli, as a gift. It was the best chocolate i can remember tasting…read more Normally I would share gifts of food with others. In this case there was no sharing, I would have broken the arm of anyone who would dare to try and eat a piece of this candy. If I should ever visit Switzerland again, I shall visit your store. Do you ship to the United States? MorriCat

It's very cool to watch the many steps some of their creations go through. I finally got to try Cremeschnitte. It's a yummy little dessert with layers of cream and pastry. I think as a joke they make the top a hard jelly layer so it's impossible to cut without smashing the whole thing to pieces. Oh well, it still tastes lovely. Anyway, the people working here were nice and the desserts were yummy. It's just a typical cafe but the thing on the TV was pretty awesome. I guess it makes me feel less guilty paying so much for small candies, the're all hand made with tender love and care, after all.

The staff is friendly and we were allowed to sample a couple of things before buying them. Sprungli and Lindt was actually one company. Later they parted ways when Lindt became commercialized and Sprungli kept it in the family, now six generations.

I first visited one of their stores in Zurich, on guess where? Bahnhofstraße, of course. Clearly the company knows what travelers want for their journey. This store is very similar to that one in setup. But no matter how much you spend here, it never seems enough when the chocolate is gone. And now four weeks after my visit to this store, I'm lamenting my short sightedness. Yes, they're that delicious! Incredible really. According to the company... "Lindt & Sprungli is America's #1 premium chocolate company. Lindt & Spugli is a premium Swiss chocolate company, who is famous for producing the Lindor Chocolate, the tasty chocolate with a hard shell, and a creamy, and smooth chocolate center. Lindt & Spugli also is known for making their popular hollow chocolate bunnies, which are available during Easter."
