Her son passed away in 2010 at the age of 18. The brooch I ordered was of her sons name and it was in her favorite color. It was going to be the final personalized touch on her bouquet. After a month and a half, I had not heard from Stitches By Pat. I attempted to call Several times and got no answer. I emailed with no answer. Finally, after a second email, I received a response assuring me I would have my brooch in plenty of time for my wedding. As my wedding date neared, I emailed and attempted to call several times. No answer and no response to emails. Needless to say, I'm on my honeymoon in Mexico as I write this. I never received my brooch, an answer to my email requesting a refund, or an answer to a phone call. This site is a joke. If I threw the $30 (plus) out the window driving down the highway, it would have served a better purpose. Sickening. Ridiculous. Unnecessary lies and horrible business practice.
