Peeling back the price sticker reveals a sticker for $20 less than they had it marked up to - which would have been a fair price, still $10 more than Amazon. Also lists things in stock they don't have. When I purchased a battery to go with a helicopter, I asked them to open the box and make sure they gave me the correct batteries as I was new to the format and wasn't sure what I needed. They assured me "this one will work". It didn't even have the same connector type or discharge rate. On a second purchase they didn't have any of the batteries I needed. Mostly it's the huge price differences that got me. $30 more than Amazon for a $170 heli is insane, especially when it's marked up from Horizon Hobby's website. Everyone who works there is friendly so they get two stars.

I then said "well online it said it was $16.99". I was almost sure it was but I didn't think of taking my phone out and showing her the app. She said to me," I have worked here a long time and I know my job and those are never on sale". I said very calmly "I didn't ask you how long you've worked here and I didn't say you weren't doing your job correct? All I did was ask you to ring it in to see how much it was" and she said "it's $32 ,99." So I left got in my car looked at the app and it said it was $16.99 which is what I thought. I went in and asked for the manager and the person who came upfront that said they were a manager told me that there was no way the girl could've done anything else but look at the ticket because unfortunately hobby lobby app marks things down but doesn't tell the stores? And here's what I don't get she said the girl couldn't ring it in?? So does that mean they don't keep track of their stock? That makes no sense to me whatsoever. I gave the store 1 stars because I do like hobby lobby. I do like the worship music that plays over the loudspeakers . However, I think they should really get this together somehow /could you imagine if I didn't know that I would've paid $32.99 for something that only cost $16.99.
