The problem is I forgot a tax form (I forgot…read moreabout it because it was never mailed to me) but I reached out to her to get a correction for my taxes. She said she would do it. Provided all the info to her, then proceeded to never reply to me again and never confirming to me if she ever put the tax form in. Reached out to her for MONTHS, yet no response what so ever. Offered to pay if there was payment required for her services. Still nothing, I just wanted it done because not filing something is a huge deal with the IRS. She didn't provide any info at the beginning of what I need to bring or have ready, nothing. Price is fine, she did the taxes but her prep for customers and customer service is quite poor. Seems to barely read her emails and barely responds and when she does it's days or even weeks late. This is poor customer service and could lead me to legal issues with the IRS if she said she would do it then proceeded not to do it. I have no idea. She never confirmed or replied to me, so safe to say she probably didn't since she didn't ask for payment even though she said she would and I provided her the docs.
