Today I won $200 on 1 scratch off and they said they were only allowed to give me 1/2 of my winnings because they weren't allowed to give more than $100 dollars in a day WTF so I had to buy almost $75.00 in other tickets and merch to collect my winnings! They offer some of the best priced gas that I see on my whole trip. The pumps are modern, and for some reason that matters to me. I get pissed when I pull into a station and it's got old fashioned pumps with no place to put a credit card. And lifting up the handle after you put the nozzle in your car is old news too. This place has the right things going for them. The inside of the store has a variety of hot food, hot drinks, and lots of other things in between. I was quite skeptical getting chicken fingers from a gas station but seeing as how I was starving and they were only $2.69 I decided to go out on a limb and try them. They did not disappoint. I just wish they had Bosco Stix like the one on the MI/WI border.

From the moment we walked in the door we were made to feel welcome. Clerk at the front made a point of saying "Hello, how are you today?!" (not our typical experience of a gas station convenience store). Wandered back to the food service area, we were surprised to find a made-to order deli counter. The staff at the sandwich counter was very attentive, allowing us to taste the pepper mayo before deciding on it, AND asking if we wanted our shared sandwich cut on a diagonal or straight!!! I mean.....there are 5-star restaurants that don't have this level of service! The team at Jacobson Repair deserves more than 5 stars…read more Memorial Day our truck decided the tranny wasn't needed. Needless to say after multiple calls found most shops closed or totally booked. After reaching out to Jacobson and booking an appt we had a call back with a appt opening for us to get it in right away Tuesday. Wednesday we got a call w the verdict of necessary parts and repairs...new tranny ordered and by Friday afternoon Truck was ready for pick up and total cost came in under estimate. This team went above and beyond with their communications in the first place but today...weeks later we get a call asking how the truck was running! That kind of customer service has earned this shop our loyalty for all repairs my DIY man can't handle. Thank you Jacobson Repair!

The staff was honest and helpful, and treated me like a human - not like a woman in a car shop. I've never felt taken advantage of with regard to quotes or fixes like at other places. I had such a great experience after my first time that I switched my oil changes and other services to Jacobson, as well as recommend them to friends and coworkers.
