Recently finished a big project with Yanai at M&H. Let me start this with, I am very particular...This company is one of the most straight forward, honest, and affordable companies there is. At every turn I knew what to expect and when it would be finished. communication with Yanai was great start to finish. After my house and shop were completed, I added a large section to my shop. They blended the 2 Roofs together without any lumps or or ridges so you can't tell it was done after the fact. I had a few things that needed to be done at the end of the project and Yanai was easy to negotiate the terms since they weren't included originally. Clean up as well as cleanliness daily during the whole process was great. M&H did an amazing job on our roof! After discovering we had a leak around our chimney that had been causing damage to the roof and framing for an extended period of time we started the dreaded process of finding a company to install a new roof AND replace the rotted framing all around the chimney. Bradley came out and not only crawled around in our cramped crawl space of an attic to do a thorough inspection but also went up on the roof, in the SNOW, so he could give us an accurate assessment and bid. The bid from M&H was much less than their competitors and so much more reasonable. They did an amazing job and we are so happy with our beautiful new roof. Bradley did an excellent job of answering all of our questions and at keeping us informed every step of the way throughout the process. I highly recommend them! Yanai and his crew fixed part of our roof that was leaking due to heavy rain in 20th of December. They did a good job investigating and finding the underlying issue and gave us two solutions for short term and long term. we decided to go on the long term solution and replace the whole 250 sqf, they charged us for 1,420$ that in my opinion was the best price that we could get for that type of job. Yanai was very professional and clearly an expert. He carefully completed the task and even came back after a rainy day to check and ran a water test to ensure to further leaking is happening. He also gave us (as part of the contract) 3 years warranty on the job. MNH ROOFING did a great job for us last week, a roof repair necessitated by water dripping through our kitchen pipe vent during the last heavy rains before summer. Yanai and his crew responded right away with a thorough assessment of the problem, the roof repair was accomplished within 7 hours. At the time we were impressed by the great customer service, the good communication throughout the process, and the quickness of the response to identify the problem and make the repair in addition the whole repair cost us 1,300$ that I believe it's amazing price for that type of job. We waited until this fall to write the review because we wanted to ensure that the repair had successfully stopped the leak. Our roof had a leak on last Wednesday from the toilet vent, (actually its the first time that something like that happend to us) we did small research and understood that it probably because our pipe is pretty old... we called MNH Roofing, their guy named Yanai came really fast, claimed on the roof , took some pictures to show us and then wrote us an estimate , the price was cheaper then we thought. He installed a tarp on the leaking spot to make sure that the damage won't spread and came day after with his crew to repair the roof. They finished the whole job within 4 hours (maybe 3 hours) I really enjoyed seeing them working very professionally. After they done they made sure that everything is clean as it was before. I would highly recommend MNH Roofing. I had a roof leak in an upstairs bathroom through an exhaust fan vent. We approached a few services on Yelp - MNH was the first to respond and Avi from their team was first to visit and take a look. He gave me a professional assessment and the most competitive estimate and was patient with all my questions. They were on site the next morning and got the job done. To make things better, while the team was in the roof they checked other vents for leaks and sure enough they found another one and sent me pictures so I could approve the fix. Four other companies had misdiagnosed our problem; Yonnai from M and H arrived and figured out it was a problem with flashing and rotting wood in a discrete area of the roof around the skylight. They came fast, they figured out the problem immediately, and they fixed it two days later. As I say, we had struggled with this leak for months before that. I texted Yanai about needing a skylight replacement. He sent me an estimate with 15 minutes and was able to come in the next day to replace the skylight. Was super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. We talked about need for eventual roof replacement (current roof is almost 16 years old and we feels that we will need to replace him in the next couple of mounths ) and what to look out for in the meantime to keep it clean and maintained, he also explained me the reasons why cleaning the roof with water pressure can make more damage to the roof . I had my roof replaced last summer after we decided that we wants to have metal roof. MNH Roofing were on schedule, and their work seemed solid. The reason I'm leaving a review so far after the fact is that I recently (in a bout of idiocy) put a hole in my new roof - don't ask me ho( that's a long story). I called MNH Roofing to ask about a repair, and they sent someone right away to fix it, no charge. This is the kind of customer service that, in my opinion, is truly deserving of a five star review. During my free evaluation, MNH found 2 severe leaks in my roof. While tearing one out, they also found termites. They repaired all the damage and sealed the leak against future issues. They also removed moss and did a moss protection spray. Due to the urgency of this issue with all the rain we've been getting, they completed all of this work the same day! Just had roof leak recently during the rain season... Was trying to fix it asap. Contacted a few contractors the second day for estimate. No surprise some were trying to rip off, proposing to replace the whole section of the roof ... Avi came up and immediately assured this should be an easy and small fix. I noticed some mold on my over hang that was caused by water getting under the roofing. MNH came out and looked at it and knew just how to fix it. They came out the next day and repaired the damage.
