I recently had my entire roof replaced by Sunny Skyline Roofing and Construction. The…read moresalesperson/owner (Sergio) provided a quote of $14,910.00 to include removal, supplies, labor, and clean-up. I had already obtained three other roof quotes ranging from $14,300.00 to $16,470.00 and decided to proceed with Sergio's proposal. After signing the contract and the work began, Sergio informed me later that day about additional issues found with the decking, which needed replacement. He stated that I needed an additional 800 square feet of plywood (I mean decking) which would cost $5,200. Talk about "bait and switch" because now the project has increased to $20,000 instead of $14,910.00 originally quoted due to Sergio's high-pressure sales approach, I signed the revised agreement, as the work had already begun. Believe me, Sunny Skyline Roofing and Construction is entitled to a profit and rightfully so but please don't "rip off" customers in the process through inflated or deceptive pricing practices as it undermines your company's integrity. To be fair, I give them an (A) for Workmanship/Quality, an (A-) for Clean-Up only because the crew left lots of bits of insulation in my back yard, however, Sergio stated it would dissipate once it rains, and finally a (B-) for Cost/Transparency due to the additional THOUSANDS of dollars it cost me through their bait and switch practice which unfortunately impacted my overall experience with Sunny Skyline Roofing and Construction Company.

I was looking in dismay at my backyard everyday and thinking about how I needed to pull all the…read moreweeds out. My neighbor had used TJ's services at 4LeafClover a while back to pave their backyard, so I called. He came out next morning and gave me an estimate and a few options for materials he had on hand already and could provide for a discount. He happened to have availability, and he and a helper came out that afternoon and started the demo of the existing concrete slabs and weeding. The next day, they came and continued digging out and started filling and leveling the ground. The paving looks excellent, and TJ made sure the design was functional for irrigation (important especially with all the flooding). For ease of moving stuff to/from truck, they tapped out a few planks of the fence. A few pieces were slightly damaged, and they replaced it before they wrapped up on Day 3 - no questions asked. I love the little pattern he did in alternating the direction of the paving - I never even thought of all these little details. He came back day 3 and finished it off in the morning. I'm in love with my new backyard! TJ also always had the brightest smile. In 95+ weather after 6+ hours of hard labor, that positive attitude really stood out to me. 5 stars all the way!
