I found out that the product that was installed was involved in Class Action Suits and a claim was warranted. Instead of assisting with the warranty claim they sent it to a another roofing company that had absolutely nothing to do with the issue. I received a call from the owner today who was rude and hung up on me like a child. Sadly Nolan Roofing is not the company they were and I would steer clear. Buyer beware

Kiel's bid was significantly less expensive than the other bid I got from the mainland. More important he kept in touch and showed up when he said he would (and it's not easy to get here). They hand-nailed everything - not looking to finish as fast as possible - they wanted to do it right. Cleaned up after they were finished - grounds are spotless. My roof was very overdue for cleaning, thus the mess was much bigger than expected. To compound the matter, I was in a hurry to leave for an appointment, so didn't review the work. Had I done so, we could have resolved the issue then and there. I have no issues with the actual cleaning, and was partially at fault for the communication issue, therefore am revising my review to four stars. I will not let my roof get in such a state again, and will not hesitate to use Bellingham Roof & Gutter again in the future.

Untrustworthy! - I used these guys to replace my roof and they have been unethical. A gentleman…read morenamed Finbarr "quoted" to replace my roof which was reasonable in itself. Me being a little naive agreed to proceed and got the roof fixed as per the quote! However, my mistake was not asking these guys for an invoice and I suppose you could argue that they really should have provided one as that's what most honest business people do! Because of this error they didn't give me any paperwork to confirm the guarantee on the roof so I've effetely been screwed by Ferndale roofing. I asked Finbarr several times for these documents and he just ignored the requests telling me the usual fluff ... it will be sent in the morning; he is in Ireland to attend sick family blah blah blah. If you use these guys, be careful and demand an invoice, do not pay them in full until they supply an invoice and your guarantee! I understand why this happened now and it's so they can avoid declaring the tax on this job as on paper it's just a quote! I however have reported this and them to HMRC. Luckily, I have CCTV around my property so I have full videos with him and his colleagues working carrying out the works if they try to deny it. Hate to have written this review as the roof itself seems sound. But they are also not the cleanest they left a ton of roof insulation, nails and waste on site!

From the very beginning, Luke with Topside addressed all my concerns in a very timely and professional manner. I can tell you Topside was not the least expensive estimate, however after completing exhaustive research about their workmanship, warranty, and materials, they came out as the clear choice. The initial estimate was completed promptly and was explained in detail. Topside also addressed the immediate leak issue with a temporary repair until the replacement began. On multiple occasions during the time period before the replacement began, Luke stayed in touch not to mention Topside provide an on-line portal for me to view information pertaining to my project.
