Monarch Built Homes came and gave me an estimate and honest consultation on what they thought really needed to be done and gave some suggestions on things that wouldn't hurt to get done. None of it felt pressured. I was given options on different ways to have the work done. My floor joists needed to be replaced and the subfloor. They cut out the subfloor, replaced the joists, leveled my house & replaced the subfloor. Then they installed all the flooring and baseboards and trim. They also helped decide on what paint would look best and we even went with their suggestion! Monarch also helped me dig up my sewer line to find a suspected leak. On top of all this they built me a custom hand made vanity for my bathroom with countertop! As a company they were nothing less than stellar and very professional. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable. His crew shows up and hits the ground running. I saw them doing my neighbors house when we'd had a really bad hail storm and was very impressed. They let him know I was interested and the next day he showed up to discuss the work. I felt he was very honest and had him do the job. Michael filed the claim for us and handled all the negotiations along the way. He replaced our 20 year roof with a 50 year roof. They did a great job and all I had to do was endorse the check-- didn't even have to go to the bank. About all they didn't do is cook supper for us .
