They did OK on some of the bigger surfaces like floors and appliances, but overall, they did not do a very good job. Ceiling fans were not all cleaned, closets weren't clean, trim was touch and go, toilets were not cleaned as well as they should have been. I sent two emails explaining my disappointment and never heard back. I was hoping to have a resolution before I gave a review. The overall cleaning was NOT worth what they charged. read more

I was charged around $200 for cleaning that took 2 1/2 hours to complete. Staff was nice and did good job overall. I didn't realize that walls (painted) could be so nicely cleaned as I thought I would need them eventually repainted. This was a big plus for me, however . . . the crew are not "detailers" and some areas were not done as good as I thought for the money I spent. Some things that I had wanted cleaned were accidently skipped (I assume) and I didn't discover that until after they left. Crew didn't know what to do although I had a pre-inspection several days before the job was scheduled. Now I know that I should have been supervising the process more closely to follow the "checklist." In short: good overall job. $$$$--pricey. If cost is not your concern and all you need is a good general cleaning which I assume most home owners would be happy with--go for it. read more

Not only did these women do a great job cleaning my house, but they are considerate, friendly, and trustworthy. Luisa was very quick to respond with a quote - wonderful and easy to work with. Also, had to do a change the day before for scheduling, again no problem. However, if you are the 3rd of the day for cleaning, they are almost guaranteed to be late. Waited an hour passed time they were supposed to be there. Sent text to Luisa to cancel and she let me know they were stuck in traffic and if I could please hold off, they would be there in another 5 - 10 minutes. So, started an hour later than expected (instead of 4 it was 5) which pushed everything I wanted to do in the evening, like cook dinner, was pushed until they were done (9 pm). The crew were very nice and thorough but spent 2 hours in master bedroom/bath (I thought excessive), 3/4 hour in 2 beds and bath that are hardly used which left only and hour for them to complete the living room, dining and kitchen (our most used areas of the house) for quick cleaning and during the darker part of the day. They had to use my mop, as they had lost their mop at an earlier location and needed to use my vacuum to finish up at a reasonable hour, also theirs did not work very well. Overall, I would recommend them for the price but with reservations. Be sure you are the first of the day so tardiness would not be an issue. Be sure to have them clean the most used parts of your home first so that you can go on with your day while they clean the other parts. Make sure their vacuum is actually cleaning. read more

Answered some simple questions and there you have it I had a quote, that easy. A time was scheduled I received updates on the crews status and upon completion. Paid via PayPal and we were set. It was delightful after the week we had to come home to a clean house. I will be setting up on a weekly schedule. My expectations are quite high. Great service, communication, and hospitality! They have been great at communicating and very helpful in information, pricing and scheduling. First clean took them longer but they were so thorough and didn't overcharge. We have had them since follow up and the house was left above what we expected (last minute request for cleaning and they accommodated!). First time contacting a cleaning company and decided on this one due to the reviews. I was super disappointed. 3 females came to my house. They were late. Mrs. Mariana notified me they were late which I understood due to traffic. They started upstairs and were talking all the time. Were cleaning superficially and super fast. Floors were not vacuumed and they used a broom instead. All corners were not fully cleaned as I found stuff afterwards. They Did not cleaned throughly even when they mop the floors it was in a snake shape so not all over. There was baby powder underneath a corner of a rug and the team lead told the other lady not to clean it. Not sure why other reviews said their houses smelled good at the end because mine did not. So they came late and left early, they were not even 3 hours in my house and it's a 2500 sq ft 2 story home. The manager never followed up with me to see if I liked their services or if there were any issues. Very disappointing and will never use their services again. Do not recommend. read more
