Used this company for a wedding event. Do not use them if you want a friendly or positive experience. We were charged a $150 "cleaning" fee on top of the rental fee because we didn't "clean up"- in their words, we didn't have the chairs strapped to plastic holders they way they were delivered, despite never being told that we were supposed to. We had everything cleaned and consolidated, ready for pick up at the time they said they'd be arriving, and then they arrived almost 4 hours later than they said they would without any further communication, so we had to sit and wait all afternoon. The entire crew was very rude upon arrival and kept talking about needing to be compensated for "cleaning up". Apparently putting a ratchet strap around a stack of chairs counts as "cleaning" now. 1 star is generous for a chair rental company that gets rude and upset about picking up the chairs they rented. read more
