From the very beginning, working with Anthony Dellamano and his team was an exceptional experience. I had reached out to several roofing companies--many with outstanding reviews--and while they were all professional, M&M stood out immediately. Getting in touch with Anthony (and everyone from M&M) was incredibly easy. He was responsive, informative, and made everything feel comfortable--zero pressure- just genuine, honest guidance. What really impressed me was the thoroughness of his approach. While other companies gave me quick quotes from a satellite image or just from a visual inspection, Anthony was the only one who actually went into my attic, got up on the roof, took detailed photos, and walked me through everything. Most of the companies just focused on up selling my shingles- Anthony focused on what I asked for. M&M set clear expectations from day one--and then exceeded every single one of them. Not only did they stay true to the proposed timeline, but the work was also completed well ahead of schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Anytime I had a question (no matter how small), Anthony or someone from his team would respond almost immediately. The final result far surpassed what I had envisioned. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, straightforward, and incredibly well-managed. If you're considering any kind of roofing or remodeling project, I can't recommend this company highly enough. In 2010 I hired M&M to replace my roof. However, in 2025, I began experiencing a leak, which prompted me to contact M&M to discuss potential repair options. Given that the roof was designed to last 30 years, I was surprised to learn that it was only halfway through its expected lifespan. M&M sent a salesman, Gregory, who determined that the roof required replacement due to inadequate ventilation. I inquired as to why this issue was not addressed during the initial installation in 2010, and Gregory attributed it to the unavailability of the technology at the time. He then provided a quote for a new roof and departed. I subsequently sought the advice of two other roofing companies, and they determined that the roof was in good condition, with the shingles exhibiting normal wear for their age. An inside sales manager from M&M contacted me to inquire about the status of the new roof purchase, and I informed him that I was leaning towards a repair. He offered to send Gregory to my location again the following day, but unfortunately, Gregory did not appear. No phone call or attempt to reschedule was made. Now I am trying to get in touch with the inside sales representative, Henry, but he is not responding. I understand that it has been 15 years since the initial installation, but I believe M&M would be the ideal company to perform the repair, given their initial involvement. However, I suspect that they may be more interested in replacing the roof entirely, rather than providing a cost-effective repair, which is causing me significant frustration with M&M, a company I trusted 15 years ago. read more

I don't recommend this company. The contract I signed with the company was for siding replacement, and I have some complaints: 1. The company does not set a start date with the clients, but simply informs them. 2. Despite my requests, the company began work when I was leaving for Europe. 3. The company replaced the siding efficiently and quickly, although the city inspector's inspection was rejected, among other reasons, due to the lack of silicone sealants and debris left on the property. 4. The company had to remove the gutter downspouts before replacing the siding, which turned out to be damaged, and despite my immediate requests, they refused to allow me to provide identical, but new, downspouts for installation. 5. The company installed old, damaged, scratched, and bent downspouts, which completely ruined the visual effect of the new siding. 6. The company informed me that the contract did not include gutter replacement, and there was no possibility of any interference during the work. 7. After the work was completed and the old downspouts were installed, the company suggested preparing a quote for installing new downspouts, which included removing the old downspouts, purchasing new ones, and reinstalling them. This demonstrates exceptionally unfair treatment of the customer. Considering the above, I cannot and do not want to recommend this company to anyone. read more

Did our windows in 2024 that had to be redone because the framing was done poorly and then they forgot to insulate the windows. Took 8 months to install/fix when it should have taken 2 days and they have done nothing to rectify the headache they caused. Also, canceled appointments last minute and we had to change our work schedules around for them. It's mid 2025 and still waiting on them due to permit issues. Ridiculous. read more

I highly don't recommend this company. The salesman, Tony, started out the process professionally, however that's where it ended. Workers covered bushes but walked over and ruined half of them. The roof took two days, with them tarping over for the night. Needless to say we had a major rain storm that night. One of the sky lights leaked causing damage to interior "textured" ceiling. Their answer to complaint was send the roofers who screwed up to try and fix their mistake. Finished result, worse than damage. Also had blown in insulation added, workers left my front lawn "pink" and house floors and stairs littered with insulation. They reimbursed me a sixth of what it's going to cost to clean, replace and repaint. Corporate is nonexistent, had to contact original salesman for help who passed on my concerns. After reading other reviews I'm glad I didn't contract windows, which I need, through them. Don't recommend them. read more

I haven't had the best experience with this company. The world is short staffed and all companies are going through things and I'm definitely one to take that into consideration. I had a door, 3 windows, all new siding, soffit and gutters installed through M & M. The first day the project was supposed to start, nobody showed up. Nobody reached out, so I called. The lady who answered said "due to the rain they will start tomorrow" **there was no rain** nobody came out to even start the day and then call it a rain day. Nobody called or even apologized for the lack of communication. Once the job actually started, they said the project would take 3-4 days...two weeks later they finished the siding, gutters and soffit. They left messes every day after they would finish for the day. They never rented a dumpster, but instead filled my trash cans with scraps and garbage. That was most frustrating. My cans were heavy and full for two weeks. I had nowhere to put my own trash. My door and windows were installed or supposed to be installed about 6 weeks after. The lady called to schedule and said the materials just had to be inspected. The guy comes to install and the door is broken. He said it's never inspected until it gets to the home **hmm** I called after the man left to see how long id be waiting, nobody ever apologized, just said money would be taken off for the inconvenience. Door comes in about a month later..bill comes...no deduction. They said there's no knowledge of getting money taken off. *still fighting with them on this** My siding was up 6 weeks, no bad weather or anything crazy, pieces of my siding have fallen down. I call, frustrated. Again, no apologies. Someone came out and fixed it. But there's other issues now. Overall, my experience hasn't been a walk in the park. Over $40k in work and they treat your like your the problem. read more

I had numerous shingles missing from my 21 year old roof. Had tried numerous times to get insurance to approve a new roof to no avail!!!! I even had an insurance company drop me because of making 2 claims in 4 years. Then Rachel (from M&M) came to my door and told me that they could just replace all of the missing shingles!!!! No other company ever offered that option. They just offered to replace my roof for big bucks!!!! I was nervous that the new shingles would stand out like a sore thumb. The installer placed the shingles in a way that they blended in with the rest of my roof. I'm having a hard time figuring out where the new shingles were placed because it looks so good!!!!! Pre sale, responsiveness was ok...not great and we have some frustration with our sales rep. However, once the contract was signed a noticeable change in response. Trace is the sales guy we dealt with and generally seems like a good guy....but it was very frustrating to deal with him if you needed a quick response (when I say quick, I mean within 2-3 days). Maybe he was just too busy. But multiple times we were told by trace he would get right back with us and he never did unless we called him multiple times! The crew that came out to install the roof were very efficient and did a great job cleaning up afterwords. So outstanding work. Trace told us that our invoice was emailed at least once (we did no receive it), and said he would have it done right away for a second time. I spoke with the M&M office and was told it was mailed vs emailed. So maybe Trace was simply mistaken. I asked to have the invoice emailed right away as we needed to submit it to our insurance company. It's too bad a great company, with many outstanding employees can be hurt by one unresponsive and disingenuous sales rep. I would definitely recommend M&M because they do good work and pricing if very fair. read more

We had Softies and fascia replaced all around the entire house. They did a great job. Jim was our sales guy and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what we should do. He suggested we go with the wider gutters and that proved to be should a good call. No overflow in the most torrential rain. The crew they sent were very professional and they did an awesome job. Purchased windows several years ago for the whole house. Now two of them snapped in the strings and will not raise. I have them holding in with tape. After contacting them and they are under warranty they have dragged their feet for over4 months! Sent guys to measure and take pics twice. They claim the manufacturer sent wrong parts. Now still no contact since I told them I would not tell people they are a good company. At first they said the company who made the windows was out of business, now I was told the customer service rep made a mistake and they are in business still. This company is crap and no word for over two weeks. DO NOT GO with them for your safety. The only thing I can do is wait or buy two new windows from another place. BAD BAD BAD! read more

Contacted M&M recently through their website. 1.) First problem, contact page froze multiple times then finally went through with a different browser. Not impressed. 2.) Second, waited for several days for a response. Finally, became impatient then called the local office. The person who answered said they saw the contact info forwarded from the main office and was just about to respond. (Really? Doubt it.) 3.) Third, when the sale rep arrived on property, got the clear impression he was less interested in what I was saying and more interested in giving a formula estimate for total roof replacement and nothing less. The sales rep also said he would provide an itemized estimate later that night. Upon receiving the estimate I noticed very little was itemized. Studied the contract a few times, considered all that transpired then sat on it for two weeks with increasing doubt about hiring M&M. After about 15 days, decided to do more research then call another highly-rated roofing contractor in the area. Glad I did. Every dissatisfier listed above was handled in a very satisfactory and professional manner. From the initial contact, to the site visit and ultimately to the presentation of the itemized estimate all went very smoothly. Most importantly, the second sales rep listened carefully to my questions and concerns, then took time to respond accordingly with patience and professionalism. The contrast between the first and second company was like night and day. Made up my mind to go with the second company after interacting with the sale rep and receiving the completely itemized estimate the following day. M&M just lost another customer for life. read more

I had M&M home remodeling come out to give an estimate on my roof, and instead of sending a professional they sent a professional salesman who put a hole in my roof twice after I pointed out a spot that I that looked not the greatest never had a leak there but as a past union carpenter a building maintenance man I knew it was only time. This salesman decided to bounce on that spot I pointed out to him and put to wholes in my roof and after 3 days or rain my kitchen ceiling dropped and I have to do an emergency repair. I personally will not use this so called construction company the are more of a demolition company ruining your home before they even get the job. read more

Don't do business M$M home remodeling in Crete they replaced my gutters but they didn't replace one of my downspouts , they also left 2 end caps off the gutters letting the water pour out the end of the gutter, they denied there was a downspout there,I told them I have a picture of the house showing the downspout,he then made an appointment to replace it, they never showed up, David the person who I had multiple conversations with lied to me, take my advice take your business elsewhere. read more

They did my roof front double doors and windows in 2019. This company is a joke. They didn't put any insulation around none of the windows they just caulked them. I have at least 3 windows I can't open either the fit is wrong or the screens that came with the windows don't line up. I was actually just kind of dealing with that. However today I was going with another company to do some work with my gutters and they informed me that the drip lag that suppose to run a certain way to the gutters was not done properly!! They did my roof I paid them up front no financing almost 30k in work and these are my results! I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE! read more

Called last week to make an appointment for a roof inspection on whether I had hail or wind damage from a previous storm. As well as wanting an overall assessment of my roof. This Nathan guy gets to my house and tells my wife he doesn't even know why he is here! Looks at roof for like a minute or 2. He texts me there is no hail damage. That's all he says. No report of overall assessment just no hail damage. I definitely will not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional. read more

Disclaimer: I didn't actually hire M&M to complete a project. This review is based on a consultation I had with one of their agents. I was considering a home purchase and had an inspection done by another company. The home inspector recommended that I have the roof inspected prior to purchasing the home. During the attorney review period I requested that be a condition of the pending sale. My mom was given a referral for M&M from a friend. This friend had M&M complete a roof repair or replacement and she had been highly satisfied with their work. So my mom called and made an appointment with M&M to come inspect the roof at the home I was in the process of purchasing. I don't know what my mom told the receptionist during the call. I do know that the appointment made on Friday and scheduled for the following Tuesday. Mike came out to conduct the inspection. I don't recall his exact title but I believe it was something along the lines of production manager. He was in a leadership role at the company for sure. Mike was on time, pleasant and professional. I explained that I was considering purchasing the home and was having the roof inspected per recommendation of the gentleman who conducted my home inspection. Mike stated immediately that he wasn't aware that the appointment was to inspect a home that I personally didn't own. He said that normally they don't come out to conduct inspections for potential home buyers. However, he was already there so he went ahead and examined the roof. The actual home owner was present during Mike's inspection. He didn't feel having the roof inspected was necessary but agreed to it anyway. I stood in the yard with the home owner and our respective realtors. It didn't take long for Mike to finish his inspection. He spoke to all of us from the deck while we stood in the yard. He said there were no issues with the roof overall which delighted the homeowner. Mike said the roof had been re-roofed once before which the homeowner claimed was news to him. I don't recall exactly what else he said to the entire group. At some point I was able to speak to Mike privately away from the rest of the group. I showed him the inspection report and he was up front about the repairs the roof would eventually require which I sincerely appreciated. Later, after we joined the rest of the group, Mike engaged the seller with random open ended questions. He asked the seller when he'd bought the property and about the roof history. The seller stated he'd had a silver coating put on the room the year prior but he wasn't sure when it had been re-roofed. He stated that he'd brought the house from an investor after a flood. The pipes had burst the winter before he'd purchased the property. The seller was comfortable at this point assuming that the pending sale was a sure thing. As a result he got cocky and careless. He started telling Mike about the condition of the property right after he purchased it. He stated that the backyard was completely sunken in and needed to be leveled. He also stated that the right side of the deck was completely leaning to the right and needed to be stabilized with additional support beams. This was consistent with possible questions concerning the foundation of the property noted in the initial home inspection report. It was very telling and something that wouldn't have come out if it weren't for Mike asking questions. As we were leaving Mike came up to me and jokingly said, "You can pat me on the back." He stated that he engaged the seller in that line of questioning purposely and if it were him he'd "run." That's exactly what I did. The roof is one thing but potential serious foundation problems isn't something I'm willing to take on. The seller's attorney had also said there was no known history of flooding. This was an obvious lie proven true by the existence of both copper and PVC piping in the home. The seller's attorney questioned why I'd be concerned about the mismatch piping when I inquired about it at the beginning of the attorney review period. My point in leaving this review is to say there are honest and helpful people out there willing to go out of their way for the benefit of someone else. Mike didn't have to even examine the roof much less go out of his way to ask questions of the seller of his own volition. His personal or professional experience made him suspect something that I didn't see as an average home buyer and he acted on it. He saved me from potentially purchasing a property that could have cost me hundreds of dollars in repairs. Once I do purchase a home and eventually need my roof examined or repaired I'll remember Mike and call M&M for sure. That's the least I can do to thank Mike for what he did that day. read more

Do not use this company! Don't be fooled by a nice website and the amount of time they have been in business. First, they charge roughly 40% more than other local roofers for the exact same Owens Corning Duration Shingles. They do this because they are a so called "Platinum Dealer" of Owens Corning that allows them to offer you a longer warranty. You are not only paying for this warrant but paying a high premium for it. I went with them being fully aware of this and wanted the longer warranty. In retrospect, based on the price I would have been better with saving 40% and getting a standard warranty, that was my fault though as I knowingly and willingly paid the premium to have them replace my roof and blow in attic insulation. I went forward with M&M with the assumption that I was dealing with a quality company, Boy was I wrong! I had two separate appointments with them, one for having a new roof put on and another for having insulation blown into my attic. They not only missed both of these appointments but didn't even call. I had to call them to reschedule. Their Operations Manager David Conwell had called me back, (the only time he had ever returned any of my 6 phone calls and messages that I had left for him). He apologized for the missed appointment, David then promised a different crew would be out the first thing the following morning and offered me a $500 credit for my inconvenience. I was beyond satisfied with his generous offer and had no problem with the roof being replaced the following day. To cut to the chase, the roof was replaced the following day. I can only hope it was done correctly and professionally but I honestly don't know. The issues I had were two fold. First, when they finally did show for the attic insulation they clearly did not use enough insulation to get to the R-49 level that I had paid for. They blew to an R-49 level against the walls in the attic where they put markers showing it to be the height of 17 inches but as you got further from the walls there was clearly an excessive dip that ran the entire length and width of the attic. I made the guy add more insulation to the areas that were clearly low, he did so begrudgingly. Now this was only for the half of the attic I could see, there was another 60% or so of the attic that I couldn't see where I could only assume he underfilled probably to a greater degree than the visible part because he knew I couldn't see it to comment. When he finished I asked him how many bags of insulation that he had used. He told me 17. It was only after he had left that I looked up how many bags were required to bring an area of 1400 sq. ft. (including the attached garage) to an R-49 level. Let's just say that 17 bags fell extremely short of a R-49 value for my attic's square footage. I had called the company to comment on this and they connected me to David Conwell's phone. I left a message regarding my concerns of the lack of insulation in my attic. Not only did David not return that phone call but I had called him 4 more times over an 18 day period leaving detailed messages each time without a single return phone call by David. This, as I am sure you can agree, was beyond frustrating. But wait, the best is yet to come. I had financed both the roof and insulation. It took 3-4 weeks to receive my finance statement from the finance company. Upon opening my statement it was clear that there was no $500 credit reflected on the statement. I already had regretted doing business with this company but was hoping that this was a mere oversight. I again reached out to the company. Once again being put through to David Conwell's phone. No surprise, he didn't return that phone call nor the next one I placed to him 4 days later. I finally decide to call the company and ask to speak with David's direct supervisor or one of the owners. Instead of my request being respected it was David who calls me back 5 minutes later. This was the only time David had called me after no less than 6 attempts to get him to return one of my phone calls. Before I could say anything David tells me he doesn't remember offering be a credit. I gave him the benefit of the doubt at that time and attempted to jog his memory by giving him all the details of the scenario that led to him offering me the $500 credit as well as reciting the conversation in which the offer was made nearly verbatim. His response, in an F.U. tone, was, "well, do you have it in writing." He knew damn well it wasn't in writing, he made me that offer during a phone conversation. It was more than clear to me at this point what kind of guy I was dealing with as well as what kind of company he works for. I then made several attempts to contact the CEO and owner of M&M Nick Yadron both by phone as well as email. Not only did I not get a response from Nick but the last time that I had called the girl answering the phone told me that she was instructed to hang up on me. Run away! read more

We encountered a major roof leak during a really heavy storm. Called M&M and they had someone out to take a look the next day. Got up on the roof and took a look at everything we were concerned with, gave an estimate, and came back just a few days later to get the repair work done - rescheduling a few times due to more rain. Manuel was polite, quick, and thorough. We've had two heavy rainfalls since and my dining room is dry as can be. Only wish they could repair the ceiling inside too! read more

I don't recommend any of there repair services because they do not stand behind them when your roof still leaks. Ryan Kelly from there stared that the job should have been done the right way the first time, which to me sounds like the first time was not done right, then claim it's your fault that the roof is still leaking and want another payment to fix the exact same issue. After talking to corporate they also claim the same thing and deny what was told to us. Getting my info together with before and after pictures for small claims court currently. Sadly I recommend them to a family friend that is having a new roof put on by them but will never again. read more

We choose M&M to replace the roof on our home in September of 2019. We choose M&M based on previous work they had done on our home and the fact the company operates from a brick and mortar shop in Crete, IL. On September 10, 2019 we signed the contract with M&M to replace our roof. Shortly thereafter and once we shared our email address we receive an unsolicited email 17 days later on September 27th 2019 from M&M Home Remodeling with tips on how to prepare for fall remodeling projects also included in the email was a coupon for $500 off roofing purchases in excess of $8,500. Up until this time, we had never received emails of any type from M&M and since the work on the roof had not yet started and with the total cost to replace the roof being $10,160 with a $4,500 down payment made, we thought we would be able to take advantage of the $500 off coupon. We reached out to see if we could take advantage of the coupon. We were informed the coupon was not good on previous sales and the coupon was not honored. The roof was installed on October 29th 2019 and the remaining $5,600 on the invoice was paid. However in addition not honoring the coupon the workmanship and installation of the roof was unsatisfactory. The shingles to not lie flat on the roof surface that butt up against the siding along the roof line. The silver flashing is exposed and is the trim to cover the flashing was not installed. When we reached out to M&M we were told that it was natural for the shingles not to lie flat and the flashing would weather and change color over time. I had a roof leak near the chimney. I paid them upfront. They did the work and it leaks.

We hired M & M to replace our gutters and downspouts with extension. Initially was told 4 weeks for install but they showed up un-announced and unexpected a week later to do the job. The install crew left before we were able to inspect the work that was done. We contacted M & M and told them that only 1 of the 4 downspout extensions was replaced. Additionally, our deck, grill and patio furniture was trashed with wet dirty debris from the old gutters being taken off and thrown into the yard. It's been 2.5 months and we are still finding large nails and screws in the yard around the entire house. With a small balance still being owed ($200), we attempted to negotiate with M&M and use that as leverage regarding the shotty clean up and the missing downspouts, and the overall poor experience we had with their company. M&M was not willing to give any consideration and demanded we pay the balance owed. They were condescending and dismissive. After several phone calls back and forth, M&M finally sent someone out to install the missing downspout extensions, however, the worker said he was there to replace 1. I told him that 3 were missing and he insisted he was only installing 1 extension. Again after more discussion, he did end up replacing the 3 missing extensions. This was nearly a month after the initial job was completed. M&M was quick to resend the invoice for the remaining balance of $200, threatening to file a lien on the property if it was not paid timely. While I would have loved to not pay them the measly $200 for the poor experience we had, we did pay to avoid any future headache and encounters with the company. We will be sure to NOT recommend this company to family and friends. read more

Had M&M replace our roof about 2 yrs. ago, took them a couple days for them to respond to our request & were never prompt to return calls. they did work very quickly when they finally started but soon all the hidden prices came out as we needed wood replacement, our roof was constructed with 1x8 boards, they replaced large sections with the same when I had expected them to replace with 3/4 plywood which was much cheaper & stronger. plywood charge was about $55 a sheet where as they charged me $3 a foot for 1x8. an entire plank only costs $3 at the lumber yard. needless to say this added about a thousand more to our bill.After all this we still have a leak & they are blaming it on the upper level windows which I dont believe, some of the facial boards were to be replaced as well,when roofing was finished they tried to avoid that job until I raised cane, then they replaced all random lengths with 8ft. long planks instead of the correct length. the trim work looks like a child did it with all these short pieces, all you see are sloppy seams which looks terrible.Bottom line is I still have a leak & a very ugly roof, I dont think that I would even refer them to an enemy Doug / Crete read more

Terrible Customer Service!!! After an unsuccessfully attempt to get my usual small company family owned roofer to make repairs to my leaky roof I decided to call M&M. Boy do I regret it! The salesperson Jim Kresach came out on the 30th and did 2 estimates, including an estimate on my leaky roof. On the 5th, approximately 1 week of not hearing anything about the estimate or what the issue was I called Jim K. He apologized and stated that he would send me the proposal via USPS. This had me perplexed as I am thinking, what business uses the USPS in 2015 for such a thing??? I waited 1 more week...I never received the proposal. So I called the office and explained the situation. Suddenly, within 30 minutes I had the proposal via email!!! BTW, at this point we are 2 weeks out from the original estimate visit for a ACTIVELY leaky roof!!! After 2 days of review on my part, I contacted Jim K. to ask him how to proceed. He stated, that once the office received the payment and signed proposal, it would take them 7-10 day to begin the job. In addition, he once again he suggested only the use the USPS to send in the payment and signed proposal. At this point, I was completely perplexed, so I called the office to confirm that this was in fact the ONLY way to get this repair going. While on the phone, I was provided with several other methods of delivery, including providing a credit card over the phone and mailing the proposal, which I did. By this time it was Friday afternoon and I figured if I took the signed proposal to the local post office, they would get it either on Saturday or Monday. So I call on Tuesday to set up the appointment and I am told I have to wait until the next day for scheduling person to get back to me as she needed to pull my file - WTH??? At this point, I am trying to figure out why such a popular large local company conducts business in such an antiquated manner??? My leaky roof and I are beyond frustrated as it is the 26th - 4 days shy of 1 month from the original leaky roof estimate visit!!! After explaining this to the person who answered the phone, she tells me someone will get right back to me. About 90 minutes later I receive a call from Jim K. who is absolutely blasting me for telling the office untruths. He didn't actually use the word "liar" but he may have well had. He told me it hadn't been a month and I should not have told them that. He won't let me get a word in edgewise. At this time I was out in public having breakfast and couldn't respond the way I would have liked. The person I was eating with could hear Jim K. yelling at me on my phone from across the table and is looking at me with concern! I have NEVER EVER experienced such a lack of professionalism with a person that I am paying for a service to in my entire life!!! It was so bad, I eventually told him never mind, forget the whole thing, until I realized my roof is STILL leaking!!! He eventually calmed down and let me speak. After explaining to him my stance, he apologized. I later called the office and explained the latest conversation with Jim K., along with my detailed timeline and demanded a new sales representative. The woman apologized and stated that Jim K.'s supervisor whose name is also Jim would be calling me back ASAP. Instead, I received a call from a gentleman (name begins with a "C") who quickly told me they were awaiting the work permit. Although my roof was repaired the very next day, I am still awaiting the return of my customer service call, its been a week. I had another job proposal from M&M but I would never ever use them again. If I utilize a business and I have a problem, I need to know and feel comfortable in knowing that I have some recourse. When paying your good earned money, people should not be allowed to "have their way with you." I would never use M&M again and I certainly would not feel comfortable with someone like Jim K. and his temper in my home!!! Good Luck! Reply to M&M reply below... You would be incorrect regarding the offering of the use of anything other than the USPS. Infact this was a great portion of my delay and my complaints against your company. My M&M representative, Jim K. NEVER EVER offered to conduct business using any other manner!!! He ONLY offered the use of the USPS on TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. On Friday, 10/16, I took it upon myself to contact your office in attempts to confirm that this was in fact true as it seems to be quite an antiquated procedure in the times of email and fax etc. It was only then that I was provided with other options for the delivery of my payment and signed proposal to which I employed. The anticipation of sending and receiving documentation by using the USPS caused an unnecessary prolongation of my roof repairs. So far, the roof repairs are good, however as stated above, customer service, not so much. read more

We had a great experience dealing with M&M roofing. Our roof looks great and we are pleased with the quality of the work they completed for us. They gave us a fair price and were very professional. Fingers crossed that we don't encounter any leakage down the road as the other posting mentioned! read more

Avoid at all costs. Their crew leaves their equipment everywhere and is extremely rude when you ask them to move it.

Got a response back from M&M, too bad your PR Dept. got it somewhat inaccurate !! The job wasn't COMPLETED ! Your guys left a 1/4 to 3/8 inch gap where they didn't put the boards together !! As far as additional work went , we paid CASH to your guy for caulking the area around the chimney !!So keep the story straight !!Try checking with the customer first before you post the propaganda!! read more

Having them come out and give a quote was so fast and once they have your money it was up to me to check to see when they will come out and install. The guys came out and installed the storm windows and were real nice guys but just started with the company so there were some bumps but over all good experience. I did notice gaps in the corner of the window where they are mitered. Dan the salesman came out and looked once and said thats normal like i knew nothing. I showed him another storm window that i installed and there where no gaps. He said he would talk to manufacturer and get back to me. That was 4 weeks ago and not a call. There are better places out there. read more
