It's a fast paced salon, we got the delux spa pedi's and they were amazing. My husband's mani turned out nice and my fill and the thickness of my acrylics and length is exactly what I wanted! They didn't have the color that I wanted for my nails, but that was ok and I selected something else. I also chose my pedicure color while getting my nails done, a pinky orange. When she started applying the nail color, I noticed it was different from what I had selected and questioned her, she confirmed it was her number that I selected. I told her it looked more pink than what I had picked out, but she referred to the color number again and showed me the number on the bottle. Ok, I thought maybe it was my mistake and I told her the wrong number. When the lady beside was finished picking her color, I asked to see the chart, unfortunately, it was a different chart than I had because my number wasn't on it. My nail tech clued in at this point and retrieved the chart I had for me to verify. The number was correct, but the color on the chart was not the same as the color on the bottle. My tech said it was the same, so ai asked her to give it to me and I held it against my toes and asked her what she saw. Then she said ok, it's a little more pink. I corrected her and said it was A LOT more pink. Only then, after we were finished do she ask if it was ok, and I told her it will do. I wanted a pinky orange and wound up with hot Barbie pink. I was not impressed, but still gave her an 18% tip. No apology or accountability, so I will not be going back.

I could hardly understand her, not because of a language barrier, but because she was not really talking loud enough or being very nice, so that I could hear her. So I told her I wanted a manicure and a pedicure. She motioned over to another girl. She motioned for me to sit at the table with the number five. So I did. That girl didn't greet me either. She asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted a manicure. She asked me if I wanted tips but I could not understand her. So the other girl asked me if I want tips, and I could understand her, so I said yes. The girl that did my manicure was not friendly and was not very gentle with the electric filer tool. She made me jump one time because she got so close to my skin on my left thumb that I thought it was rubbing the skin off. While she was doing my manicure, a young boy came in and started talking to her and the other girl that was at the manicure table beside her. I believe he was a son or family member of one of the girls. He kept bumping and grabbing the girl doing my manicure and making her hands move around as she was trying to do my manicure. Instead of telling him to stop, she just kept letting him do it. Two of my nails on my right hand are crooked. She did not moisturize my hands, which I am used to having done while getting my manicures done, which added to the manicure not looking great because of the dry skin. This person also did my pedicure. The pedicure was better than the manicure, but I'm still not completely happy with it because she didn't file my toenails at the top to make them straight. All in all, the experience was not good. I suggest not going there because the people there don't act like they want to work. I don't understand it. I have worked where I have had to greet people and make them feel welcome, and this place just does not do that. Also, they were not busy at all. It was a Wednesday at 10 o'clock in the morning. When I arrived, there was one other person there getting a pedicure. By the time I sat down to get my pedicure, two girls came in, and no one greeted them either. They stood there and waited until the lady in the back came out to see what they wanted. The people that were in the front never said a word to them. I'm so embarrassed and mad at myself for not telling them that I wasn't happy with the manicure or pedicure. I definitely will not go back to that place. Also, the place wasn't that clean. UPDATE: I filed the corners of my nails because they were not even. Also, 3 days later both of my thumbs are infected at the cuticle and hurt SO BADLY!! No one ANYWHERE has done that for me before! And secondly, I had a complete shoulder replacement with my arm in a sling, my nails way overgrown (because of weeks in and out of the ER, and then surgery) and Katie, VERY GENTLY took care of my nails, and spent extra time with me because of the limited movement of my arm! My nails had gotten so long, it was difficult to do anything with my good hand. They have ALWAYS taken good care of me and I appreciate everything they do!! And, by the way, I get LOTS of compliments on my nails!!! They do a BEAUTIFUL job!!!
