Bad service my gf went for a medium brown hair color and she came out with black hair. And the lady that charged her said it would lighten up what kind of bs excuse was that black and brown two different colors. Very disappointed in the haircut i got today. Definitely would not recommend this salon. Dustin cut my hair , first time going to this salon, he gapped my hair above the left ear with clippers then left the hair above the right ear longer than the left and i showed him a picture of how i wanted the back cut and it was nothing like the picture. so let me just say that it is so disappointing that this town has proven to me that there is no such thing as customer service ethics in any establishment. I moved here from Las Vegas Nevada and it was quite shocking. I really can't give a review because there was no service provided. I made an appointment one and a half weeks prior after reading reviews I felt like maybe I can trust my hair to them and their recommendations. I've not been to a stylist for years do to pandemic then I moved here and all my experiences with places from Lowe's to eating places have been horrible. they have a policy that if you don't give a 24 hour cancellation you would still pay 50 percent of bill I was canceled at midnight by stylist prior to service so much more to say but you got the just of my frustration . no more communication from them!!! Oh and the salon didn't even open that day!!! read more

this place was beautiful, great atmosphere, felt cozy, ready to be pampered, needed it...that's until I was criticized, and told how bad my feet were. Excuse me.... I get my feet done every month. And We all know that's not what we want to hear, nor talk about, heck that's why we are there. We need to feel good again, not feel awkward and embarrassed and be told it would take months to repair. Never again. I got there early for my appointment and say for about fifteen minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there. My appointment was with Valerie. She was late by ten or fifteen minutes (she wasn't even there). At this point I would have just left if it wasn't for the fact that they needed my card info to make the appointment and would have charged me had I left. I told her what I wanted done. It's the same cut I always get and my hair is difficult. So, I'm pretty clear on what I want. She didn't want to take off as much as I needed taken off. When she used a razor for texture I let her know my hair doesn't react well to a razor. I just look like I have split ends. She got rude and told me it's the texture of my hair, not the razor (I know better from experience) and it basically just thinned out my hair (which I didn't want) and it, in fact, looks frayed. At one point she asked if I was growing out my dye job. I have never dyed my hair. The guy sitting next to me had a nose bleed and she offered him a tampon. The language used from some of the ladies was far from professional. I paid and asked for a shampoo, color, and style. Valerie is the salon owner and primary stylist. She has years of experience under her belt and it shows. Her haircuts are precise. She doesn't rush and always does a perfect job. I love for her to cut my hair as well as my husbands! She's also done hair extensions, hair relaxers, manicures, pedicures, and lash extensions for me as well. I can't say enough good things about her work. The salon got a total renovation a few years ago and it's stylish, chic, and clean! Don't hesitate to try this salon! read more

Great haircut! That's what's most important, but the service was great too! I'd recommend this place to anyone here. Coming from out of state and leaving the hair stylist I've used for the last 9 years was not an easy thing to do but her confidence and helpful/cheerful attitude put me at ease.
