We are moving to a condo in Palm Aire Country Club Association 6. One of our 'worries' was the amount of time, energy, and patience it takes to go through the process with a management company and condo association in getting approved with the path cleared for a successful transition to our new place. M & M Property Management could not have been any more supportive, timely, helpful, and friendly as we have navigated through the process. Everyone has been so helpful in providing us with information, assisting in seeing that our paperwork was in order, responding promptly to phone calls, and making us feel welcome as we transition from a house to condo living. And, the members of the Condo Board - Association 6 have been equally as welcoming and supportive. Kudos to Heidi Puccepti, the office receptionist who has greeted us each time with a smile and kind spirit - always striving to be of assistance while juggling multiple other tasks in a busy environment. Also, Jamie Miller in Sales and Leasing was the first person to assist us since our property manager was out of the office. She stepped up and explained the process, answered questions, and helped us see that there would be support along the way as we embarked on the application process. She is kind-hearted, has a warm spirit, and 'manages up' the association which validated for us that we were making the right decision. Our property manager, Donna Childrey, is awesome. Like the others, she tends to reach out, listen, and provide support as needed. She seems happy to answer the most mundane questions, is patient, and creates a friendly tone during conversations with her. We are so happy she will be working with our building. So, thank you M & M and we look forward to our move in a few weeks. Your care and concern means a lot to us. read more

I have never dealt with a more distasteful, incompetent, and condescending company. I have lived in one of their managed communities for almost a decade. The owner/ PM, Robert Miller, is condescending and has no people skills. Not only does he ignore owner emails about complaints but he likes to reply to them in the middle of the night when he does reply! I would highly recommend if you were shopping for a management company that your community look elsewhere and save your energies and your communities hard earn monies. Recently, a disenchanted resident wrote a review of Dyan Boothe, our property manager at Karanda III from M&M Property Management. I cannot disagree more with that protrayal. As a Board Member, a 24 year resident of Karanda III, a former attorney and educator, I can state unequivocally that Dyan is an outstanding property manager who serves our community with both dignity and compassion. Her knowledge of Condominium law, her experience with vendors, and most importantly, her ability to work with the homeowners is beyond reproach. She is both timely in solving problems and projecting possible future challenges. I contacted Jamie Miller at M&M Property Management as I had clients looking for a quick move-in at Banyan Trails. Their Landlord gave short notice to vacate & after submitting their application, Jamie was able to schedule an interview with Robert just a few days later. I became licensed as a Property Manager, 20 years ago, and I have encountered many management companies during my career. M&M is the absolute worst one I have ever encountered. They claim they are a 10 Time & Diamond Winner Best Management Company. I am not familiar with such awards, and I hope it isn't true. If it is, the industry needs a complete overhaul. Before you make a decision to use their services. I strongly suggest you visit their communities in Coconut Creek. Sadly, the best we can hope for are more lies and excuses as to why our community has been allowed to deteriorate. read more

M&M Property Management has been very detailed and have responded to my email and phone calls in a very timely manner. Our buildings were recently painted and several windows on the building, including 3 of mine were painted shut. The grids and frame around the glass were painted and now the windows will not open. I am on the 2nd floor and cannot get to my windows from the outside to try to open them. I called M & M and left a message.. no reply. I e-mailed them.. no reply. I called again and spoke with Jim. He said he would have someone come out to take care of that. No one has come. 10 days later, I e-mailed again... no reply. There are also several properties in my community where patios are blacked out (not allowed) screens are ripped, people don't put their dogs on leashes, and neighbors sit outside in the grass, talking and playing music until 1:30 a.m. on weeknights. Worst HOA, very dishonest and unorganized. They won't give owners parking stickers because "they have to figure things out with the parking situation". There is nothing written regarding any new parking rules and they make owners go pick up temporary passes at the office. They don't even have an electronic way of registering guest vehicles you have to take off work to go into the office. I'll be serving them papers from my lawyer regarding my parking stickers. read more

This is being written now after Speaking with Robert Miller who allegedly manages Banyan Trails HOA as the President. A client was to have a interview this evening. And yesterday there was a communication with one of the women ie Jaimie in the office who states that my client couldn't make the interview where in fact my client called back and said she could. While on the phone with Mr Miller he insisted that my client said other wise so I proceeded to say that this is not about he said she said nor is a it about (2) type A personalities like your and I trying to control a conversation. The same blood that runs through you and through me runs through my Client and she needs her interview. His response was: Thats why we need to talk with the applicants and no one else. She needs to call back in and schedule herself ! I dont like the way you are talking to me or my staff. you do not need to lease any home that M&M Management manages. if you do not like what i am saying you can have your broker call me. So Naturally it is now personal and I told him to go F--- off. Public- "BEWARE" and also any HOA considering using this management company "BEWARE". For HOA's -M&M becomes your first voice and no one has the control to threaten another person just because they do not like what they are hearing. Regardless of if your the applicant or I am a Real Estate agent calling to protect my client which is my Job. Whether your calling a mortgage company or a RE Agent or a Management Co like this no one has the right to try to silence you when your trying to do the right thing. I am posting here now. So that Property Owners at the HOA's that M&M manages can see clearly this is who they are Hiring to speak on the behalf of the HOA. Worst Management company in florida. They do nothing but continue to harass the tenants that have lived in this community 20+ years the Jefferson of Coral Springs. They are very fake nice, long as you agree with everything they say they are are friendly. The minute you question or disagree and try to have a logical conversation with them they will cut you off and say "I dont ha e anymore time to talk to you". Every since they took over our Condo Management its been nothing but straight harassment. Our building has assigned parking and the spaces closest to the building was not properly laid out since the condo was built everyone knows this and as part of any unit owner that had the space closest to the building they gave you that space and the space next to it to accommodate for this building mistake. It has been working perfectly for 20+ years, until M&M decides to take our our condo and they went straight for these spots stating we can only have 1 spot even though we may have documents drawn up by the association stating we get these 2 spots and they CANNOT be changed by the association. So you figure explain the situation to M&M provide pictures and documentation and that would be that. Oh no they completely ignore the picture proving these spots cant be parked in by anything other than a motorcycle or a smart car possible. Tell you documents created by the associated we had to agree to and sign are invalid and we have to move our cars to 1 spot. So these spots can just sit here unused by anyone as they are because they have to enforce a rule that makes no logical sense and cant be bothered to talk about it. So they say they are going to redo the whole parking lot and reassign everyone space which noone agrees to and we dont have the money to do. So waiting on this almost 6months now and since they cant fund this now they want to send emails not even written letters stating we are illegally parked which is an absolute joke. There no logical reason to do this other than to try and bully unit owners of over 20+ years into doing something that makes no sense lets push all the cars as close as we can together and have this 1 unusable spot just collect dust because we don't like that you we assigned 2 spots because the parking lot was improperly laid out. I have had the total pleasure of dealing with Brenda Harper, Property Manager at M&M for about 2 years. She has been incredibly responsive to all my personal concerns. Now i am representing one of the buildings and naturally I am complaining / looking for assistance more than normal. Still, everything is corrected very quickly and within a very reasonable timeframe. read more

I've been reading the reviews before i posted. I've dealt with M&M in more than 1 community and spoken with Mr. Miller on more than one occasion. He responded on the weekend most recently which prompted me to write something. I'm sure people have an ax to grind on singular items, not everything is a yes. Overall consistent management for over 7 years is hard to find. The services improve, new ways to address things have improved too. Our board and I'm at 2 different ones managed by M&M plus others. Boards are not easy and management doesn't control everything. Mr. Miller didn't need to respond to my email, he didn't need to physically call me to ensure i understood so i can have an issue taken care of. You can pay fees for a manager or you can pay fees and get a partner. They want to partner with the community. Overall, very impressive. read more

The receptionist, Krystal, does not belong in a customer facing position. As someone with 7 years of management/customer service/ client relations experience, I have NEVER encountered anyone so rude. I would absolutely avoid any property managed by this company. I will certainly not be renewing my lease after this. read more

The worst property management ever. I contact M & M property management because my water was shut off because two units had a water leakage.... with no notice for days. After speaking to whoever it was I asked for a name the person said name dose not make a difference she told me I need to get a hotel because all the pipes need to be replaced and there's no money to fund it so we need to get a hotel (with a very unprofessional tone). I have known M&M owner Robert Miller for a couple of years. I voted his company in in late 2016 for 2017. Huge disappointment! The latest is a City citation we got on the our HOA property for Pod holes noticed 11/14 we just now got the email on night prior to thanks giving. I have a hunch he call it on us for disgruntle PM( Property Manager) Technically we were exploring options to replace him. Old BOA threw him under the bus and Homeowners wanted him replaced. We just took over as a new BOA members. He has lied and he has not answer requests from homeowners. Telling home owners of a By-Law that was non existent Shadow amendment took the cake! At least with me he never answer on same question! I don't think he has the stones to sue me! If he does I have a surprise for him (Robert Miller). I supported him initially but after his behavior I had no choice but to support my fellow members. Going head to head with the president was not smart! I informed him there was a new sheriff in town! Being his only friendly member/supporter he pissed me off. He knows I don't play! I welcome his challenge of a law suit if he wants to go there and I am just getting started with this!
