We had Irwin install new gutters and gutter guards over one and a half years ago. Two of the…read moregutters were installed improperly. The angle was incorrect causing the water to run away from the downspouts. Called them many, many times regarding the problem and they always said they are very busy but would get to it. I left several messages as well but nothing happened. They were fully paid immediately so they obviously didn't care. I will never recommend this company. This correction may have taken them an hour to do and we would have been happy. I've since hired someone else to correct the angle of the gutters.

He and his crew member did an excellent considering he had not seen the job prior to getting here. Part of the initial conversation was that the job had to be done in one day due to location and time issues. They managed to get it done and done very well. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the management. At first it didn't look like it might get completed in a day so I called the office , he couldn't have cared less. He made good on his offer to make me better than whole. He didn't have to. I think it shows the strength of his character to own and to make an effort to remedy the past mistakes. Before and while work was in process Austin's office staff or support crew worked diligently to keep the project moving as quickly as possible. They smoothed communication issues and kept me updated. Austin's crew lead by Luis replaced the composition shingle roof with a new metal one. They were super-friendly and courteous. I love the new color! The same is true for the new exterior color. My greatest concern with the previous job was with the board and bat siding. Those concerns were justified by water-stains. Austin's crew remedied my concerns by replacing boards and bats. The previous scope of work was limited to two walls. Austin's crew weather-proofed the bats on all four sides of the house. And finally they stained those four sides with a new, more modern color. All of this was done at no financial cost to me. So thank you again to Austin and the Fly Guys.
