I went to this particular store in search of a replacement part for my bong. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the associate and was asked what I was looking for and if he could help me find it. When I told him that I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted but I had a picture of what it looked like he immediately knew what I needed and showed me what he had in stock. At that time he didn't have what I was looking for in stock but he offered me a similar piece that would be just as good and I said I would take it because I needed the piece that day. Before I got to the counter the associate came up to me mind you he didn't have to do this at all because I was already about to buy the other piece and he said I know that I didn't have what you were looking for in stock exactly but I do have the piece actually that you wanted that I forgot I had in the back. He said that it was slightly nicked and had a scratch on the side so he wasn't going to sell it so if I wanted it that I could just have. That just made my day and I really appreciate that he did that for me. I will be returning to this store for future purchases and telling all my friends to go there because his store has everything you could need for your smoking needs and all of his pieces are of really good quality.
