Staff were very helpful & friendly. You have to take your time and look through this place just to appreciate it. They even have ashtrays mounted on the wall between urinals so you truly never have to leave your cigar behind, lol. They have a huge parking lot as they sit on a site all their own. I was surprised to learn that when ordering food (not desserts or drinks) you get a cigar with it. You don't choose it, they do. I got a 'Romeo y Julieta Reserve,' so a quality cigar, not some random nonsense. Not truly sure if that is every time, or just your first time there, which for me it was. I ordered their parm garlic wings & they were very good and well prepared. The space is great & very comfortable. Servers come to you and take your order and bring your food, so you never have to even leave your lounge chair. I found 4 cigars that I hadn't been able to find elsewhere & 2 cigars that I ended up ordering online in the past. Now I know where to find all 6 for future enjoyment. Prices on everything are fair. For 5 cigars, food, non-alcoholic drink, & tip I spent about $110 & got a good complimentary cigar. This place will be highly recommended by me moving forward.

You do get a free cigar (which is actually a pretty nice, brand name stick in most cases) with your meal, which I am sure goes with the cost. Before the world went utterly insane with inflation ... It used to be one of the best deals ever. The food was $12.95 plus the free cigar! Now, it's more like $23 per sandwich. Owch. The best value was the cheese plate, which at $15 was huge and included fruit. Now, that cheese platter is actually smaller than it used to be and costs $44! The decor is pretty cool ... dark and moody ... but there are a couple TVs with sports playing and high ceilings. The air purification makes it smell a lot less like cigar smoke than it used to ... but know that whatever clothes you wear here will likely need a dry cleaning after. The waitresses have been here forever ... and there are a lot of regulars. Imagine what a guy would look like that would want to smoke a cigar while eating and that's exactly what you will find here as a customer. Fake Sopramos accent ... beefy ... loud ... gold chain ... It's a 'bro crowd' for sure with some flashy investment banker types mixed in. Lots of Hummers and G-Wagons in the parking lot. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves cigars. The food is edible and in some cases even good. But nothing amazing. I've had the corned beef sandwich ... don't expect NYC deli quality ... the flatbread (Trader Joe's is just as good) ... and the Cuban sandwich. All okay. The Cuban left me hungry. You can also eat at the bar and peruse their extensive whiskey and beer menu. The drinks are pricey, so a sandwich, a beer ... and I guess you could count the free cigar ... come to around $40, after tip.

There's a saying in retail that good help is hard to find. That certainly doesn't apply here. Staff is informed, friendly and eager to help you make a decision about anything that you're looking for. I used to tell my friends to go to wonderland instead of any other head shops because they have near internet prices and more importantly a knowledgeable staff that provides wonderful customer service. All that changed last week after purchasing TWO rigs one evening. Ended up filling them up with water at home and only using one. The next morning I discover a puddle under the unused rig. I bring it in to try and see if I could get a store credit or swap it out. The employee who sold it to me was working that day as well. I told him my problem and then he tells me that he examined the piece in front of me before the sale was completed and that he would have noticed a crack like that. I asked if I could speak to an owner and was told no. After 5 seconds of silence he turns away and says how can I help you to the next customer... I have never been so blatantly disrespected by a retail employee. Ever. Do not go to wonderland to buy your glass. I think the days of the friendly local smoke shops are gone. Wonderland is not the wonderful place it used to be. Go on Instagram. Go on google. Go anywhere but wonderland.

Proprietor was nice and the store was clean. The store is a combination head shop/tobacco shop/vape shop, so I bypassed the cannabis products as that is not my thing. This review is solely for their cigars. They had a relatively impressive humidor with some quality cigars, albeit at inflated prices. Again, I was in a pinch, so I made a few purchases anyway despite the markup. However, upon getting home, each cigar I purchased proceeded to crack and fall apart as they were smoked, indicating poor humidification. Whoever maintains these humidors: please get a handle on proper humidity, because you are drying out what would be some excellent cigars, and you're selling cigars that are DRIED OUT. It defeats the purpose of enjoying a fine cigar. Lesson learned, and $60 down the drain. Won't be back.

Since then I've been in and bought a number of different items from them. These guys are upfront, amazing and fantastic business owners. The locals & regulars are always welcoming. Inviting you to sit with them & sharing their drink with you, as this place is BYOB. Everyone greets you, will shake your hand, it's an amazing cigar community. Mellow classy environment setting the ultimate chill vibes. Climate control & air filtration systems are top notch. Their humidor is always at the right humidity & well maintained. Their selection is what is to be expected with all of the big names, & I've found some harder to find sticks in a particular line here on several occasions.
