There's a saying in retail that good help is hard to find. That certainly doesn't apply here. Staff is informed, friendly and eager to help you make a decision about anything that you're looking for. On my recent visit, Grey was exceptionally helpful. Selection and pricing is also top notch. Kudos.

I used to tell my friends to go to wonderland instead of any other head shops because they have near internet prices and more importantly a knowledgeable staff that provides wonderful customer service. All that changed last week after purchasing TWO rigs one evening. Ended up filling them up with water at home and only using one. The next morning I discover a puddle under the unused rig. I bring it in to try and see if I could get a store credit or swap it out. The employee who sold it to me was working that day as well. I told him my problem and then he tells me that he examined the piece in front of me before the sale was completed and that he would have noticed a crack like that. I asked if I could speak to an owner and was told no. After 5 seconds of silence he turns away and says how can I help you to the next customer... I have never been so blatantly disrespected by a retail employee. Ever. Do not go to wonderland to buy your glass. I think the days of the friendly local smoke shops are gone. Wonderland is not the wonderful place it used to be. Go on Instagram. Go on google. Go anywhere but wonderland.

Proprietor was nice and the store was clean. The store is a combination head shop/tobacco shop/vape shop, so I bypassed the cannabis products as that is not my thing. This review is solely for their cigars. They had a relatively impressive humidor with some quality cigars, albeit at inflated prices. Again, I was in a pinch, so I made a few purchases anyway despite the markup. However, upon getting home, each cigar I purchased proceeded to crack and fall apart as they were smoked, indicating poor humidification. Whoever maintains these humidors: please get a handle on proper humidity, because you are drying out what would be some excellent cigars, and you're selling cigars that are DRIED OUT. It defeats the purpose of enjoying a fine cigar. Lesson learned, and $60 down the drain. Won't be back.

Whether it was used or not, I have no idea, so I bought it back. The owner assured me it was not used and instantly let me trade it for another one. No questions asked. extremely professional, he even gave me a cleaner for free so that I could clean the new water pipe and not have any problems. Since then I've been in and bought a number of different items from them. These guys are upfront, amazing and fantastic business owners. I will have no hesitations to use them as my go to source regarding the type of purchase I am making. These guys are fantastic. Do not hesitate to stop by and check them out. Peace and Love.

I was unable to eat here this trip so I can't offer insight on that, but they do have great beers on tap such as Main Lunch IPA and Peroni plus many others. I went back a week later to confront him about the incident the week before. He admitted to calling me an "old lady" and refused to apologize. It has been very upsetting that a small town business would treat a customer like that. I will never go back in there again!
