Awful experience. We were charged for two hours of "labor" to fix a simple leaky faucet, and…read morenothing was actually fixed. The technician claimed it needed new stems and said they'd order the parts. Then they made us wait over a week while they supposedly "looked" for the part--only to finally admit they never ordered it in the first place. Meanwhile, another plumber came out and fixed the leak in minutes without needing any new stems, proving their diagnosis was completely wrong. They keep pointing to their GPS to justify the time, but most of that time the tech was sitting in his truck doing nothing, milking the clock while we were being charged. We were overcharged, misled, and left without a repair. Save yourself the frustration--use someone else.

I called because the washing machine draining caused a backup in a tub and toilet. Fernando came out, ran a snake, told my wife the septic was backed up, called a friend, told my wife the septic was fine (just keep adding Rid-x), ran the snake from the roof vents, replaced the flange on the toilet and reset it, and left a $589 ticket that says, "Everything is Good". Not even two full days later, the same drains were backing up when the washing machine tried to drain. Fernando didn't even make it to the house before calling to say he told my wife it was a septic problem. Yeah buddy, but you also said it wasn't a septic problem and put in writing that, "Everything is Good", so how am I supposed to know what is really going on? Fernando then told my mother-in-law that he needed to talk to me, but didn't call me directly. He left a ticket with a charge of $180, but said he wasn't going to collect - The office confirmed this was a callback situation when I talked to them, so him writing a ticket was highly unprofessional. Everything about my interaction with Fernando was less than professional, which is really disappointing because I have great experiences when Duncan send out HVAC technicians.

Issues with coils they replaced in attic. They were defective so not Sinclairs fault. They replaced…read morewith another coil but it had leaked and a large piece of ceiling had to be replaced. Sinclair paid for all of that and to paint entire ceiling. Painter never came to see how it looked after. Also didn't cover everything. We spent hours cleaning paint off counter tops, cabinets, and floor tile. They also got paint down on walls. I went to Sinclair with pictures. Manager was out and staff said he would call me. I never received a call so we were left cleaning the mess and I will have to Paint the walls where they let the rollers hit the walls.
