Which is funny cause they still have the truck to this day with multiple videos being sent to me of them driving it around there yard. They claim they don't have a truck available but when I Safety First directly and tell them it's self pay they can have a truck there in 30 mins. So it's all about money. They sign a contract with AAA for set dollar amount towing based on mileage. But when the service call is a longer distance, suddenly Safety First doesn't have a truck available. This is a violation of their signed contract with AAA but they know they can get away with it. I have had their drive tell me to my face the problem is the low rate AAA pays them. I point out that they didn't have to sign a contract. But they are playing the averages. I have told everyone I know about them and most agreed to never use them again. It's all about money and not service with this company!

D and N Towing was called to the scene and the driver was speeding on the left shoulder when he struck my car and another vehicle. The driver of the tow truck jumps out and starts cursing at us saying we "swerved onto the shoulder". We didn't. We were parked. They clipped my side view mirror and tore off the rear quarter panel on the other vehicle. After sending the damage report and pictures to the company and repeated phone calls, some lady answers the phone today and says "we are not responsible for the damage to your car" and hangs up. Are you kidding me? Hang up on me? Read other 1 star reviews, this lady is a disaster. The tow truck itself hit the other car so hard that in punctured the tow trucks gas tank. They have zero professionalism and their customer service is a nightmare. Don't ever do business with these people. I was asking for $200 for the damage to my car. $200.
