The lack of consideration and care by M&N Management regarding their tenants is breathtaking. At every turn, they've shown nothing but active hostility to residents requesting the bare minimum regarding their safety in their buildings.
Under no circumstance should you trust these people with your living situation. In their Broadway Crescent Building, a resident has been allowed to suffer for years with a mental health crisis. Rather than being proactive in removing the individual from the property and getting them the help they need and deserve, they are instead allowed to slam on their door with a hammer all night, destroy their appliances and throw them in the hallway, and threaten other tenants and people on the street. To name just a few examples. See the attached photo of the door in question for a taste of what living in an M&N-owned building is like.
Management has remained committed to not communicating with residents who are rightly scared to be in their own homes. In fact, they often ignore calls from tenants asking for information about the situation, or, if they actually pick up their phones, treat them as if they are a waste of time.
The management team making up this company should not be allowed to be responsible for human beings' homes and well-being, and in fact, have shown a blatant disregard for the quality of life of people they gleefully accept money from.
