You might think that seems like a fishy tactic to lure in customers for shoddy work. Definitely not the case here! Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and the technician let me know when he was on the way. My issue was a dead circuit board in my 20 year old garage door opener. The tech went over the replacement options along with clear and upfront pricing. Once I decided, he was able to do the install right away! While he was there he went ahead and gave my other garage a tune-up as well. Both doors are quieter and smoother than they have ever been. It's actually kind of amazing how much better they are now. I highly recommend them for anything to do with your garage doors. Thanks!

Lonnie took my call, answered all my questions, and quoted me a fair price based on what other such installations have cost. A month later I called them and scheduled the installation. (Needed to get some electrical work done first.) When Adam arrived he did some quick measurements based on how the garage doors opened and informed me that the track for the belt drive openers wouldn't fit since I had such a low ceiling. He took photos and discussed it with Nick, the Service Manager. After some serious discussions a solution was found and thanks to the exceptional team of Adam, Nick, and Lonnie I now have excellent garage door openers and an answer why previous owners never installed them. Great problem solvers!

Do not use this company. Their post-install was extremely poorly done. They had to come back…read moremultiple times to correct the positioning of our storm door which still does not shut properly. Our kitchen door feels like it is locked often, but it's not, it also was poorly installed so you have to turn the knob and feel the grinding and crunching of metal as you open the door. However, the real issue is with the storm door with retractable screens on top and bottom Window pane. We have dogs and do not use the bottom screen in an effort to prevent damage from dog scratching. However, our HVAC stopped working over the weekend therefore I was excited to use the bottom screen feature so I could place a box fan in front of it as soon as I lift it up the bottom of glass, a black device with a metal tracking guide popped out. I have no idea what it is, but it is certainly strong because when I touched it it coiled and almost ripped my finger off. Matty told me over and over again how proud he was of this Door in the quality and my dogs will never be able to scratch the glass but if they ever do, they will replace it because it's a lifetime warranty on their products. Today Matty said oh well that was everything except for storm doors. With the amount of problems we've had with not only damage to our walls which they did not offer to repair, these have never worked to their full potential. I also forgot they didn't put a storm door chain on our door and had to come back like a third or fourth time to do that. This company is incompetent. Their communication sucks and the quality of their products. I'm just not seeing the hype. We've regretted using this company since the day they came to install Which leads me to our tiny bathroom window they smartly add a sticker that says do not press against the screen. It's probably because it's set with a cheap glue. Our screen has never been attached to the windows since the day they installed it we corrected this on our own because we were sick and tired of dealing with this company and their crap. The storm door was not capped off, nor were we given a bag of inserts to cap off our door and outside bugs crawled up in there and could come in my house through the strike plate on the door frame. I could not believe this. ???? The varnish is also coming off....What is happening?? This is not normal and I refuse to believe otherwise. These doors were EXPENSIVE, honey. I am also married to a man who Preaches quality over quantity. He was happy to spend lots of money on these doors to have good ones. These aren't it. There are too many other options out there to be spending this kind of money and be dealing with this many issues. We are now doing a whole home remodel and we are going to be spending some serious money but the best part is it will not be with Meyer windows and doors . I've taken a long time to write this review as I didn't want to make it out of anger. I've had multiple chances but held back. The fact I was verbally told several times about the lifetime warranty, regardless what is on a contract agreement has put me in a way.... The End.

I waited 9 months to post this review mostly to make sure I wasn't just writing in anger. good things -Nate is a nice guy and so is his wife -calls and emails returned quickly not so good things -custom $4000 window took more than 12 weeks from ProVia -window was built wrong - ordered incorrectly -needed corrections -installation - they took all of my old rotted brick mould and tried to cut it up and piece it together with caulking - it looked like a three old did it (I made them replace with all new brick mould - I should not have had to ask for this) -J channel moulding not replaced - I was never even asked about this - new $4000 should come with a new J channel (at least ask me) -inside mouldings not painted - if I knew this in advance I would have used someone else -no accountability, Nate talks a big line but end of the day does not hold himself or his company accountable for excellence outcome -after this experience, I ordered a new $14,000 door from ProVia and used someone else, the other company did an amazing job and exceeded all expectations. I suggest you do the same I will be buying $30,000 of brand new windows for my house this week. Writing a check to pay in full. 23 windows. I wont be using Nate or Meyer Windows.

I have mixed feelings about many things in life. EveryTime Windows is one of them, thus the 3 star…read morereview. If all events and interactions that occurred today had occurred in the first 6 months of agreeing to purchase and install windows, then I would easily give a 5 star review with full confidence. However, that is not what happened. Long story short as you can see with my prior review, things did not go as planned and the installation took much longer than I expected. It is 6/5/2026 and my windows are finally installed and overall I am very impressed with the general craftsmanship of Everytime Windows. The problem was that there were countless installation dates, cancellations, and a great deal of frustration regarding all parties involved. The Dilemma: Regarding tradesman and construction you can get affordable service, you can get high-quality craftsmanship, and you can get things done quickly. You just have to pick two. I chose affordable and high-quality craftsmanship with Everytime windows. I severely underestimated how long it would take to get the installation done (almost 2 years). That being said, in regards to value, my total cost for the purchase and installation of 13 windows through this company was equivalent to the cost of merely 5 windows at a competitor. So if you are a very patient home-owner and are looking for affordable service, everytime windows may be the company for you. I do hope that in the future, Everytime Windows will provide faster service to it's clients. What is the company? This is an independent owner-operator company with a very small and highly-skilled labor force. The owner, Zachary Lynch, a veteran window installation specialist who has branched out into independent operations and direct-to-consumer services. The verdict: If you want the same guy that sells you the windows to install the windows and you want an installation team that speaks English and can communicate effectively, then you have come to the right place. As mentioned before, there are still significant timeliness concerns going forward that I hope will be improved upon in the future.

Now onto the Champion Window and door review....decided to go with them last July/August, cost and I figured the thirteen weeks I had to wait wasn't going to be that bad. Well thirteen turned into almost 40 weeks.....and I was the one who had to initiate communication into what was going on....poor communication and customer service! Then we have the front entry door......it was measured, but apparently the idiot measuring didn't put the right measurements on the order, so we had another six week delay for that (apparently that was the expedited time). This was just the wait for the Jam only. Then I am told....that while I'm making payments and doing my part, the delays (caused by Champion) has caused my loan to be rewritten...I asked if Champion was going to do anything for me, because of the delays, and ordering was their fault, and I was told "I'm sorry that there were delays but our policy doesn't allow for discounts off a contract". Could've and should've been better and I will not be recommending them to anyone looking for windows and doors.

They were friendly, courteous, answer every questions we had, clean up after installation, etc. We needed a new door, just happen I work for (note that I am an employee of) Champion; of course they are our first choice, especially with their lifetime guarantee and abilities to custom order it. We selected the door with 2 side panels with half glass, in purple. They delivered everything on March 10th, 2026. As soon as the door came of the truck, I knew it was the wrong one. Not the door I ordered. They had to install it since I got no door at this point, but they reported the issue. Within 48 hrs, we got a call they have re-ordered the correct door for us and it will be done within 6-8 weeks. Totally understand, as there were other orders already went in after us. We were okay with it. 6 weeks would be the week of April 20th, 8 weeks week of May 4th. We got a call the week of May 4th saying our door is done and will be delivered May 12th. The day came around, nothing. My husband called on the 13th, cust service said they do not have our order for the replacement! A sign of what to come. I called on Friday the 15th, thank goodness this time, the person found the replacement order. I asked where is it & what's going on. All she said it should take 7-10 weeks not 6-8. So I should give them until end of May. That would be more than 10 weeks! By now it was 9 weeks already. The following week on Wednesday, I called again. This time, the person actually took the time to find out (maybe, how would I know). He tried to reach 2 scheduling people but none available. He told me, he left a msg for a person named Robin, and she will call me that day or Friday by the latest. That same day, I texted our sales person. He was surprised about what's going on and promise to get to the bottom of it. I got a text later on, saying someone named Angela will call me today. No call from Angela Thursday 5/21, told Drew, Angela never called. At this point I am so done with all of them. I know for a fact they have my door. They have the color cuz they painted the wrong door already. So it wouldn't take 10 weeks to paint one. We havr paid it in full, so to them it isn't urgent since there is not a hole in my house. I told Drew, if they cannot deliver the door by Friday or Tuesday at the latest, then I want a refund. I am tired of waiting. The door they delivered is wrong! So I shouldn't be charged for it. I didn't get a response from him. But the next thing we know, a lead installer called us a couple hours later and said he's going to install my door tomorrow (on Friday!!). What a joke. Only after I threatened them that I want a refund, they move like lightning. If they treated an employee like this, I cannot imagine how would they treat customers. I do not ask to be treated more than any other customers. But you would think, they want to treat their employee a little better just so we can brag about them when I am working promoting it. Beyond disappointing.
