You hear so…read moremany stories of cowboys ripping people off but with Honest Doors, this couldn't be further from the truth! Right from the word go, Desi was amazing. She was patient and kind and answered all of the daft questions I could possibly throw her way! She went out of her way to find us options that suited us and when one of our doors threw a spanner in the works (who knew a door could be too small!?) she just found us alternatives that fit within our budget and still did what we wanted. Nothing was ever too much for Desi and we knew that if we dropped her an email with a question we wouldn't be kept waiting for a reply as you can be with some trades. It really is a family run business with Andy coming out to measure up the doors for us too and they have never been anything but incredibly honest with us along the way - offering advice and options so we could make our own (well informed) decisions. Then when the doors were fitted, you wouldn't have even known that they'd been - so clean and tidy! I cannot wait to be in a position to be able to replace our windows because these guys will be our first stop for sure.

We ordered replacement leaded windows from Burnley Windows two months ago…read more Having waited some 8 weeks for them to arrive, being constantly fobbed off with how difficult it is to put leading on a window unit, a delivery and fitting date was finally arranged. When Burnley Windows didn't turn up to fit the windows on the arranged day I rang to find out why and was told he had a hospital appointment to attend. I have no problem with this, but they could have had the common (and processional) courtesy to let us know. When I asked why they didn't tell us they weren't coming, they said they weren't aware that anyone would be waiting in for the fitting (!?). At this point we cancelled the order. All in all a totally unprofessional company that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
