But this week July 15,2021 they have a female teller with a pink scarf head wrap she's caucasian at the main front desk she needs to be investigated. I went in to make a simple deposit. She took more than 10 mins as she doing my transaction looking at the computer kept writing little notes down on paper more than 4 times. Are you writing down my social security number and log in? Are you trying to steal from me? I felt very uncomfortable with her. No one has ever done that. Her nice demeanor doesn't cover up her bad intentions. Someone there at the bank should please take a look at the security camera check what she is doing.

I had a positive experience when I went. I arrived for an appointment that I had booked online the…read morenight before. Upon arrival I was greeted by like 3 people. It was welcoming to say the least. I let the woman at the counter know I was there for an appointment and she said they were waiting for me. I walked over to sit but was waved at to come on over. The woman introduced herself and I was able to open an account and she answered a lot of questions I had about Canada and US transfers. It was pretty easy. Thank you Lashon and Rae!

Not too mention it's an inconvenience, what used to be 12-minute ride to the Bel Air location is now a 30 minute drive and another 15-20minute wait! The Golden ring location is too small, there are only always TWO TELLERS WORKING, and there is always a LINE!!!! The parking lot is always congested . The staff is ALWAYS NICE & PROFESSIONAL ! Miss Turner is widely regarded as one of the best preparers available. Many patrons, including myself, rely on her expertise to ensure accurate and efficient tax preparation. Unfortunately, during her absence, I had attempts to use other offices. A different location resulted in incorrect amendment that could not be filed as the preparer could not duplicate the original taxes. This led to duplicated efforts and inconvenience, ultimately requiring a return to Miss Turner for corrections. Julie was flexible when we realized we were missing a document and willing to meet us on our schedule to finish the return. The service was quick too!
