Many employees took our survey and went out of their way to help us get ones done. We received many surveys from this place, and it was a great place to visit.

bought car from someone who had lien on it from Community Bank. my bank sent Community Bank a…read morecertified Check to pay off their loan. call to see how long it would take to get lien release and the Loan Dept in OLEAN NY said it takes 12 days. They have the certified check and it's paid off mind you. She as the person in loan dept stated we hold the certified check for 12 days as we want to make sure the certified check it good, are you kidding me. they also will not fax over the lien release it must go through the mail.. This BANK is a freaking JOKE. Glad I do my Banking elsewhere. So Beware of what they do when you buy car from someone outside of a dealership. Your Bank is Terrible!!!

The assistant manager of…read morethis Bank (even though I am in there once a week and have never had an overdraft or problem with any of my accounts) put a hold on a check for 9 days by choice which is making me miss my closing date on my house. There is no mandatory hold time it could be two days and she chose to do 9 so that I cannot buy my house on time and may lose it. This is absolutely disgusting I've used this branch for over 10 years. My entire family has used this bank for over 30 years.

How are you going to treat someone that's never had a problem with your bank like a bum? Someone that never overdrew or had a check bounce. Someone that constantly puts in and takes out thousands of dollars with no problem. The assistant manager pretty much treated my best friend like an untrustworthy fraud. How disappointing. All of the staff other than her are great. One person can ruin an entire business.
