He has USAA and received his card in 3 days. My card has been overdue by 8 days. I have called M&T bank numerous times and everytime I have gotten a different answer. M&T bank is a NY bank so there is no chance of me stepping into a branch. I have asked M&T bank to help me with anything they can do. Even wire the money to his account for the down-payment of our home. They said no. They were unwilling to help me. All they could say was "sorry". I put this request for a new card BEFORE Christmas. Still nothing. I'd advise anyone looking at M&T bank to steer clear and find a different bank. They are horrible. I'm taking my business else where.

One of the places I went to was Jamestown Savings Bank Arena. This place was amazing with helping us hand out surveys. Many employees took our survey and went out of their way to help us get ones done. We received many surveys from this place, and it was a great place to visit.

The assistant manager of…read morethis Bank (even though I am in there once a week and have never had an overdraft or problem with any of my accounts) put a hold on a check for 9 days by choice which is making me miss my closing date on my house. There is no mandatory hold time it could be two days and she chose to do 9 so that I cannot buy my house on time and may lose it. This is absolutely disgusting I've used this branch for over 10 years. My entire family has used this bank for over 30 years.

How are you going to treat someone that's never had a problem with your bank like a bum? Someone that never overdrew or had a check bounce. Someone that constantly puts in and takes out thousands of dollars with no problem. The assistant manager pretty much treated my best friend like an untrustworthy fraud. How disappointing. All of the staff other than her are great. One person can ruin an entire business.
