Horrible customer service. You can leave multiple voicemail messages (as was done for both Maria…read moreand Cristina), you can make "phone appointments" online with a date and time for the teleconference, have them confirmed, and no one will return your call or keep the appointment. If you try to call directly, not one person will EVER pick up the pone. The call is forwarded to India or wherever their call centers are located and it takes forever to get answers to simple questions. It's disgraceful that there is no accountability for the people working in this branch and that even the slightest amount of competent customer service is a thing of the past. Avoid this branch at all costs.
