They couldn't find my package that was requested to be returned to sender (me). Was told by the head office I would be notified when my package returned to Cambridge. Cambridge never did that. Called the store and was told my package had arrived 5 days earlier. Went to the store and they argued with me that they didn't have it. They also served customers behind me instead of continuing to help me ( just like when I came the first time). I finally pointed to a bin and said my letter is probably in there. 3 people looked, couldn't find it, brought a handfull of letter packages, said it wasn't there. I spotted my name on the package and finally got it. I told them I would never use their serves again.

When my husband wanted to print a short booklet of his online comic, we looked at a few places and found the downtown Print Three location to be the most helpful. They looked at paper qualities and sizes with him, being generous with samples and their time. The service was fast and really friendly, and the books came out great. I haven't seen other, more traditional print shop items from them, but the books are so great, and the service so friendly and helpful, that I still feel comfortable recommending them.
