I had the car towed over to the Ford dealership, who was too busy to help and told me it was going to be over 2 weeks before he could even look at it. But that isn't what I'm upset about... What I'm upset about is their lack or willingness to help in what to me was a desperate situation. Understanding that they were busy I was hoping at least that they could make a suggestion or recommendation of someone who might be able to help me, but they didn't do even that... We ended up finding a mechanic in our own that did a wonderful job and completed the task in literally two hours... Cannot share my disappointment enough with this place and the lead mechanic supervisor, Chris. He definitely needs to go to customer service school.

None of them got up from their seat (some were sitting on the counter). Kept telling me they could not answer any of my questions, I needed to wait for the manager. When Chris, the manager, entered the room he plopped down in a chair and ignored us. We had to open the conversation. When we asked for help all he said, over and over, was we can't help you it will be three weeks. When we asked for a recommendation, he said "I don't know". We found a shop one building away MC Auto Repair, they were EXTREMELY helpful.

I said I would come back after I went to Walmart because Dan was busy talking. I came back and still Dan couldn't take the time to even greet me. So I left my number and email with a lady, who said she would have Dan call me, I still haven't received a call or email and it has been weeks. I do not recommend going to Dan Brenner for business.

I prepaid am amount and was told that if I didn't use it, the remaining amount would be credited back to my card. When I got home and checked my receipts against my bank statement the overpayment was NOT credited. Called the place to inform them that their pump was not functioning properly and the man that answered the phone told me, very rudely, that this must be my fault, because it has never happened before, and it was my responsibility to check my balance on my phone right there and come back in if it did not show right away and get an altered receipt. Seriously? I have never had to do that before, ever. Tried calling Sinclair's corporate office number on the internet, and no one answers, or returns calls, so avoid this place. So in my opinion, this place steals money, and now is between them and God.

Initially tried to sell a 2004 Impala with a Check Engine Light on, the A/C whistled and had no…read moreproper air flow, and wretched brakes, so I demanded the light be removed, the A/C flow corrected and the brakes were offered to be replaced prior to the purchase. After the purchase, an elbow joint connected to the coolant blew up on me three days later, and they insisted it was not their fault. After a few days of yelling, I took matters in my own hand and replaced what busted by myself. The salesman lied multiple times while disputing the repairs, and hung up on me which prompted me to write this. I will never go back to this dealership, and I highly recommend no one else to either, or you will be putting more pocket cash into this buy than the actual value of the vehicle.
