The Ford dealership was less than Helpful. Neil worked very hard to get the part we needed and repair our car. He even drove us to the Holiday Inn. And he delivered the car when it was repaired. I had the car towed over to the Ford dealership, who was too busy to help and told me it was going to be over 2 weeks before he could even look at it. But that isn't what I'm upset about... What I'm upset about is their lack or willingness to help in what to me was a desperate situation. Understanding that they were busy I was hoping at least that they could make a suggestion or recommendation of someone who might be able to help me, but they didn't do even that... We ended up finding a mechanic in our own that did a wonderful job and completed the task in literally two hours... Cannot share my disappointment enough with this place and the lead mechanic supervisor, Chris. He definitely needs to go to customer service school.

None of them got up from their seat (some were sitting on the counter). Kept telling me they could not answer any of my questions, I needed to wait for the manager. When Chris, the manager, entered the room he plopped down in a chair and ignored us. We had to open the conversation. When we asked for help all he said, over and over, was we can't help you it will be three weeks. When we asked for a recommendation, he said "I don't know". We found a shop one building away MC Auto Repair, they were EXTREMELY helpful.

We had it towed to Colby Dodge because we believed no matter what the issue the dealership would be able to fix it and get us back on the road. We own a service industry business ourselves, so we understand the importance of scheduling and customer service. The next morning, 9/26, Colby Dodge said they could look at our truck on 10/11. Our fix would have been 2 hours max and they had the parts, because they told us they did. I'm sorry, that is not acceptable. They knew we were from out of town and had no where to stay, their garage was not full, and know instead of a "great job, friendly service, and went out if their way to help us" review they get a true review of their lack of customer service. Good luck if you take your vehicle to them or try to have a purchase serviced.

We took advantage of the dog park so our girl Daisy could get much needed exercise in a safe gated area and use the bathroom! They have so many gas pumps you never have to wait long! The bathrooms are so clean and felt more private than most! They have 2 fast food restaurants to choose from and a Starbucks! Including all the gas stations snacks you need! We didn't eat lunch here but we grabbed some snacks and drinks for the drive! I highly recommend this place and adding this stop in your trip!

The owner takes some serious pride in his work, with good reason. We got stuck on I-70 with two…read moresheared studs on our rear axle and a wheel that almost fell off. R&R found the right parts, disassembled the differential and rear axle, replaced all 5 studs, reassembled the axle, and got us back on the road the same day. They even worked with us to try to get a replacement wheel so we wouldn't have to drive on the spare across Kansas. The owner's wife was going to drive one back from Salinas, but sadly the Ram dealer in Salina didn't have any that fit. I hope I never have to get auto service in Oakley again, but if I do, I know where to go.

I'm so glad I did because I probably wouldn't have made the last thousand mile stretch. This place seemed pretty knowledgeable. Had them balance my tires following some vibration I was having. Very honest. Very helpful. Can't believe I found these guys in the middle of nowhere. They were recommended by a couple people at a gas station off of 70. I'm very hesitant to make repairs to my car and they understood that. Seems like these guys really look out for the customer and they could care less about making a profit off you.
