I wanted to leave a 5-star review for Brian Matthews as he is extremely kind, considerate,…read morethoughtful, and efficient in the way he converses with his customers. He responds fairly quickly and reached out to me during the weekend as well. I have conversed with other private investigators when doing research, but Brian was the one who communicated in the most empathetic and heartwarming manner (and understands the client's difficult position). All I can say is that he treats his potential clients with care like a concerned family friend and explains the pricing in a reasonable way. I will definitely be choosing him in the future.

Very disappointed with this company's service. Paid this company $400 to serve one of my past…read moretenants. Owner says they serve 99% of all their attempts and I gave them the address of where my tenant was located and they saw the tenant but didn't serve the tenant due to their own fault. Therefore, they said they want more money to reattempt. I told them, once they serve him, I would pay more. It was their own fault for not executing and even took 2 pictures of the tenant but did not hand the serve materials so they should go back out and serve them but they didn't saying I needed to pay more when it was their fault. They said the man had greyer hair but other than that, he looked exactly like the picture I provided. They should go back out and finish the job but was lazy not to do it. Just worthless. Complete loss of money. Should have just used the Sheriff at a 10th of the cost. Don't like this company at all. I would use another company. Just stupid people that can't execute. Please stop making excuses with your response. You should take responsibility. The ID and the picture matches and it was your fault. Just own up to it. Stop making excuses!! I SUGGEST TO EVERYONE TO USE SOMEONE ELSE. THIS HAS AN OWNER THAT CANT ADMIT THEIR OWN MISTAKES AND MAKES EXCUSES. STOP PLEASE. Please do not justify yourself by saying that my comments omits important context. It is very plain and simple - YOU AND YOUR COMPANY WAS AT FAULT AND DIDN"T PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND YOU JUST WANT MORE MONEY!! DON"T TRY TO JUSTIFY. I TELL IT LIKE IT IS!!! SO STOP LYING AND TRYING TO COVER YOURSELF.

Five Stars Isn't Enough for Eric Peterson! I would give him 100 stars if I could!…read more If you need a process server or private investigator who actually gets the job done, look no further than Eric Peterson. To put it into perspective: my attorney had previously hired a process server who spent an entire month trying--and failing--to locate and serve the defendant in my case. After four frustrating weeks of zero progress, Eric stepped in. He had the defendant located and served in less than 24 hours. This wasn't an easy task, either. The service was at a highly secure and challenging location--one that seemed impossible for others, but proved to be no challenge at all for Eric. The level of efficiency, speed, and sheer professionalism he brings to the table is unmatched. Beyond his incredible skills and hustle, Eric is just a genuinely great person to work with--communicative, trustworthy, and deeply dedicated. He took a high-stress situation and completely turned it around overnight. I cannot recommend Eric Peterson highly enough. If you want results instead of excuses, he is your guy! I will be sure to use him if ever needed down the road.

Recently, I had to use their services for personal reasons, and they delivered the same high standard of service I've come to expect. They were extremely responsive, communicative, and handled my request with a strong sense of urgency. Serving legal documents can be time-sensitive and stressful, but they made the process smooth and straightforward from start to finish. It's reassuring to know that whether you're working alongside them professionally or relying on them personally, they consistently show professionalism, attention to detail, and dependability. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I talked to several process servers and explained all our struggles and difficulties. I asked each of them how they would handle the situation if our defendant proved impossible to serve after trying. Chris's answer to that question was a confident laugh and, "I will have him served." That's why I went with him, and I am very happy I trusted my gut. Chris was able to take the limited clues and information we provided, track him down, and complete substituted service when personal service was not realistically possible. What impressed us most was not just that Chris got the defendant served, but what happened afterward. Close to the hearing, the defendant filed a Motion to Quash Service and also sent us a separate packet challenging the service that had not even been properly filed with the court. It was stressful and confusing, but Chris immediately stepped in, provided detailed records, explained the applicable small claims service rules, and helped us understand exactly how to respond. Chris was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He did not just serve the papers and disappear -- he stood behind his work and helped us deal with the defendant's attempt to challenge service. The judge ultimately denied the defendant's Motion to Quash and found the service to be valid and sufficient. Serving the defendant was the biggest hurdle in our case, and I am so happy Chris helped us get over it. Now that we've won the judgment, Chris is even guiding us on how to claim the service fee, as it's allowed to be recovered by law. We truly appreciate Chris' professionalism, fast response time, attention to detail, and endless patience in explaining the process when we were panicking. If you are dealing with an evasive defendant, a difficult service issue, or someone trying to avoid being served, I highly recommend Chris and SkipNServe.

He prepared thorough declarations and Proofs of Service, paid close attention to the details that matter in litigation, and understood how to support the service in a way that would hold up under scrutiny. When service was challenged, he stood with us through multiple motions and rebuttals, helping us stay organized, focused, and prepared at every stage. What impressed us most was that Chris went far beyond what anyone would normally expect from a process server. He proactively obtained USPS address verification without being asked, and he helped us form and sharpen our filings so our arguments were clearer and stronger. He was thoughtful, responsive, and generous with his time, and he always approached the situation with professionalism and a real understanding of the legal issues involved. His guidance helped us present our position clearly and confidently in the hearings, and his support made a stressful process much more manageable. Chris was not just reliable -- he was truly exceptional. We cannot recommend him highly enough, whether you are plaintiffs in pro per like us or professionals in law. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, proactive, meticulous, and genuinely committed to doing excellent work, Chris is exactly the person you want on your side.
