I had just inquired with Ken at Paramount Investigative Service. After a brief phone call, I decided not to enlist him for his services. Frankly, he discouraged me from doing so after hearing all of the facts, which is honestly the most mature way to proceed. I see many reviews on here from people who have likely experienced the same thing, and were upset that he "attempted to talk them out of it." Here's the hard truth: if you are looking to obtain personal information to prosecute someone, it's gonna cost you some serious money. And if this person is a loser; that is, if the person is already dodgy and refusing to pay, actively harassing you; etc., why proceed with vengeance when it will only lead to more disappointment, more heartache, etc.? Sometimes, we don't listen to our loved ones, and we stand defiantly in our own principles in spite of the powers that be. The Police Department couldn't help me; I didn't have insurance at the time of my accident; and the other party tried to extort me, and as I found out, they did not have insurance either. It's an expensive lesson I had to learn the hard way, and Ken was empathetic, compassionate, and tactful enough that I understood him. He speaks from a wealth of experience. Maybe if those who care about you are telling you to straighten up and fly right, you ought to listen. Or you can hire a real professional like Ken; but be advised, you had better have a good reason. 10/15 I do not recommend!!!! Called about finding a person for a small claims investation. He tried to talk me out of it. Said it would be a waste of time. Then relucantly said ok. Told me his fee. I thought I didn't hear it correctly so I repeated to him what I thought it was but at a higher amount. He responsed rudely, and when I said I was asking a genuine question about the rate, he said "I don't care. Have a good day." He then rudely hung up. I don't know why he treated me this way.
