I would provide zero stars to this salon if I could. I would strongly recommend AGAINST using Kaley Schooley. I scheduled an appointment for hair and make-up with her for my WEDDING. Initially scheduled an appointment for 11am. She changed the time to 10:30, to which I agreed. The day of the wedding, she changed the time to 11am, then to 12, then to 1pm, then to 1:20pm. At the final time change, it would have made me late to my own wedding. I told her I wanted my deposit back and I would just have a friend do my hair/make-up. She told me the deposit was nonrefundable and refused to refund my deposit. She then told me that she had been "flexible" and accommodating to me. She did not provide critical information and continually changed things until I could not keep the appointment. Then she kept my deposit and stated that I put her in a "tough position." To be honest, when you continually change the time of the appointment and then leave me where I have no hair/make-up on the day of my wedding, I feel that I'm the one left in a "tough position." Do not use her, or any salon that employs her. She is unreliable. Update: I spoke to the salon owner. She was very nice. I believe the actions were made by the individual alone, as she is an independent stylist there. read more

Not only are the ladies there personable, but are actually quite entertaining. The prices are so affordable and the work that they do is amazing. I'll never go anywhere else! read more

Over the span of three days, I have been dealing with a stylists scheduling and time management issues. On December 27th I booked with someone I had been going to for years through her website. It confirmed the appointment through text and stated she was at her previous salon. I drove from Logan to the salon and no one was there. I proceeded to call/text said stylist only for her to explain she has no idea why it let me schedule when it's her day off. She then informs me she is no longer even employed by the salon I'm currently waiting at. I sat there for about thirty minutes. She apologizes and says to come to M. Capelli at noon the next day. I wake up to a text saying my appointment now is at one because her client is running late. I say okay I can come at 1. I arrive at M.Capelli and sit in the parking lot then in the salon for over 2 hours. She apologizes yet again and offers to cut, condition and detox my hair to make up for the wasted time. But I will have to come back tomorrow due to her next appointment being in two hours and I needed to be home to sleep for my night shift. Before leaving the salon she tries to persuade me to change what I had originally wanted and what we agreed on. I paid a $170 deposit that now has somehow racked up to $20, $40 then $60 extra dollars because she was "worried" I wouldn't like what I had stated I wanted and now instead of copper it would be a vivid color service. I text her late in the evening and tell her after all the hassle and rescheduling I just wanted to cancel and receive a partial refund. She refuses and tries to convince me to come in. I refuse, refuse and explain I just want a partial refund. She then blames me for wasting her time and that I am the one who canceled on her last minute. She states it's against policy for a refund and essentially all of it is my fault. I will not be returning to the salon or to the stylist. Very unprofessional, rude and quite frankly immature. I texted her today I am done. To which she pressed "like" through text messages. The Stylist who I had these issues with is Kaley. read more
