Well not only did they not answer, nor return our call about setting something up for that next day, as they had offered, but we were simply left just hanging ... a week LATER and they still never even got back to us. SMH. Any reputable contractor would/could have taken 10 seconds to reach out EVEN if it were just to say, you know we apologize but it turns out we are jammed (or down an employee or whatever other reason) ... but for this firm be as inconsiderate and irresponsible as this is kinda shocking, not to mention plain bad business in our local area.

He and his crew did an EXCELLENT job power washing the patio, pathways and fence surrounding the property and the house exterior. They then worked diligently painting the house so it looked brand new (well almost). Their quote was fair, when compared to others. They did not add on extras even when we discovered some wood rot and made the repair. Most important Alexander Eli (the owner) was an excellent communicator. Since I was not on site, every two days he sent me pictures of their progress. He discussed issues with me, and gave me options of how to handle. I've heard nightmares from many people about home improvement projects, which is probably one of the reasons it took us forever to look for a contractor, but when we finally decided to bite the bullet and remodel our kitchen, we chose really well. First, Mike was amazing in terms of helping us with with a design because I have absolutely no ability to envision what something will look like when it isn't yet there. We took out 3 rooms so that we could have one large kitchen/great room. He had endless patience and had to work even harder because we're members of Direct Buy (which saved us a bundle on cabinets, lighting, furniture, cabinet hardware, etc) but we were not comfortable using their kitchen designers since they were out of state. He found us a great designer here and worked between both designers (the one we had to use from Direct Buy and the one he helped us secure) and he made everything happen. Second, and this is big, he had things arranged and then we had to postpone everything for a month so that our son could have a graduation party. Anyone else would have given us a hard time but Mike, because he's so very kind, said "of course he should have one", and he rearranged everything without a single complaint. Now, down to his work. PERFECTION!!!!! He was here EVERY moment of every day. He does a lot of the work himself, and his tireless attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. The subs he uses are also fantastic with the same devotion to detail and getting EVERYTHING right. Mike did a ton of work in our house, both indoors and out, as we decided to add some other small projects, and again, never a complaint. And, oh...THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AS PROMISED.
