Everything Alexander and his team of two did for me, surpassed my expectations. These men worked trimming hedges and bushes, pulling weeds and laying mulch from 9am until 4pm. They only stopped for lunch. I have a huge corner property and it needed quite a bit of attention. They take pride in their work and want to make sure you're happy with everything they do! They tried to correct the issue so I give them 2 stars-but the over topic is 1 star. The owner did speak to me & apologize ( admitting fault) but that doesn't correct my paint. My paint looks like a little kid painted their nails. I worked with cars for years- this isn't right. I'm sure they didn't do this to the sports cars all over their Facebook page. I asked them to vacuum my car and spot clean some stains. They wiped down the dash, but didn't get the stains. So why wipe the dash? I called to correct this & they basically blamed the lack of communication on me. The paint correction was horrible. I gave them a paint pen & they didn't sand or shine anything properly. I felt so disrespected, they thought I'd be okay with that quality. And I got a ceramic coat- that was fine but I have a horrible taste in my mouth from the whole experience. I won't be back. They put the couch unwrapped in the truck next to my bike and it got chain oil all over the couch. They did hire a steam cleaner to come and clean my couch and got the stain out. Like I said they did get the job done, but I was not as happy with the service as I could have been considering the price was similar to others in the area. Hopefully this review will help them identify weaknesses and improve their service in the future. In general, I don't think I would let any mover disassemble and reassemble my furniture in the future. This is the second time I have used movers to do this and both times it was not done properly. Better to take the extra time to do it myself and know it will be done right.

I did a review on Google then and I had the photos -have to see if I can locate because we were going to have it washed in 2020 then Covid b broke out and no one was doing anything and it ended up being Spring of 2024 until we were ready so Tom was careful about my gardens around 2sides of the house he promised his solution would not harm my roses or other perennials in the garden & I never did have any harm. The siding was covered in many areas with a moldy fungus after years of not being cleaned and this was a Northern exposure with no sun so even that side looked brand new when the PowerWash was finished. We also were having our decks torn down and rebuilt so that was in the way on the back of the house but again Tom made sure he still got all my siding and windows and screens nice and clean! I will call him back again to do another top service job , I was very happy with the siding and how the PowerWash turned out!
