While I'm giving them 5 stars because for the most part they deserve it, I did come back to my apartment to find items still sitting in my building's lobby that should have made it on the truck. There was also an issue with a few items left on the truck that I saw and was able to grab before they closed the door. With any movers, it's worth paying attention because people make mistakes. Overall, I would definitely still recommend them. My first experience with CH was Daniel, Gian, and Charles and they were great. Nothing but good things to say. They're why I used CH a second time.

Dan, Frank and Sam must have gone up and down the steps of my third floor walk-up about 100 times yesterday. They quickly and efficiently got all of my possessions out of my apartment and into my new house. They wrapped everything so nicely and were super friendly to work with. We did however go over the time I was originally scheduled for, and I was so nervous to hear the final price, and was braced for the worst, but it only went up about $70.
