I already knew Dr. Yee from when he would see patients in the hospital. Our staff and patients have always loved him because he was approachable, kind and really knew his stuff. Now I can say the same as a patient as well. I honestly feel like I can ask him any question (as dumb as it may seem) and have a real discussion about my health. He's even gone as far as correcting my medical file with the right diagnoses. Staff have also been very friendly, approachable and kind to me whenever I've been there. Making an appointment has been easy over the phone and he usually is able to see me in a reasonably timely manner!

The day of the appointment we arrived and after all that wait to be able to be seen by a Dr they told us they do not take our insurance!!! What!!??!! Why they didn't tell us the first day we got there and asked? They had our insurance information!!! How on earth we where supposed to know they don't work with our insurance even though is a PPO? We where waiting for days to have this appointment!! This is just very disappointing

Congratulations to the new mom to be, babies are something to celebrate. However, I hear their office starting to call the afternoon appointments the reschedule them - months out. I waited months for this appointment myself. 10 minutes go by and they have yet to inform me that my appointment is now cancelled. We are now 30 minutes past my actual appointment to which I arrived early as instructed. They eventually come in to notify me of what I am already aware of, I will need to be rescheduled. No complaints about the circumstance of Leslie needing to leave to tend to a delivery, but why on earth would you not let me know first, not the appointments that haven't arrived, undressed, and are currently waiting in your office first? I won't be back. Thanks for refunding my co-pay however this office was a wreck 10 years ago, nothing has changed.
