It took nearly two weeks to find out that the style I selected was out of stock. No worries! I had a second choice already picked out and promptly provided the details. It was frustrating that they kept insisting they didn't have everyone's contact information when all parties involved were CC on all emails I sent. It was also alarming to be told Lisa no longer wished to be on our email communications and I was now to work with a different associate. The final slight came when due to my original choice being out of stock and some back and forth on the written details - I was not given 3 days grace period to approve the proof before being made to place a 50% deposit or lose out on a promotional discount of 20%. I had come in and made a selection 3 weeks prior and well within the promotional deadline. Overall underwhelmed.

I'm lucky enough to own the collection of love letters from BOTH sets of my grandparents, written to each other during WWII and college years away from Missouri farmland. I stopped in yesterday with my boyfriend to check out and get a price on the giraffe (baby present, hello!) and see what kind of invite printing/customization they offer. The employees were sitting in the back, talking to another customer about an order she had placed. There is a bell, and the place is not that big; they clearly saw and heard us walk in. We were given a quick glance, and that was it. We walked around for five or ten minutes, looking at the invitations and small children's toys/gifts that they had. We even were obviously looking at the giraffe and trying to look for a price tag! Still, no one said a single word to us or gave us a second glance. We left without making a purchase, and I will NOT be returning. It's a shame, because they had several invites that I liked and obviously the giraffe I wanted to buy. Horrible, terrible customer service!

The cards are in a U shape around the store with the gifts around the outside and a few in the middle of the U. They have a nice variety of gifts for milestone birthday, wedding and baby events. The cards are also reasonably priced with some as low as $0.99 and you can buy card bundles if you need more than 1 (like birthday or sympathy bundles). My last visit was to purchase a garden stone for a funeral. I find that these make a nice long lasting token of a loved one for those that have a yard or space for the stone. They have a very large selection compared to many other stores, including flower shops that specialize in funeral needs. They are also very reasonably priced. This store offers a rewards programs and they frequently send coupons, free card offers and other promos if you sign up. It's one of the better reward programs in my opinion. Employees here have always been friendly and helpful.

I did not get the confirmation phone call they promised me so I called them to confirm. Turns out that they had cancelled the service without notifying me even though they had my name, address, email address and phone number. If I had not called them I would have been up early the next morning (8 am) and would have sat there waiting until noon. Not only did they not notify me they did not refund my money. I had to demand a refund. Not even the manager seemed to be concerned about how I had been treated.
