The reason I'm writing this review today is because I called them for a minor repair I could not do because of a medical reason. It was an easy, quick job that I needed done. I just could not do it myself. They showed up and took care of it. There are still some good people out there and Baker Brothers employees some of these people. This relative goes to the clients houses semi-works on their appliance- says they need to order a part. Maybe stays in contact for a couple days- but then never replies or gets back to them. So now the clients have paid $$ for basically no service. After an investigation, Apparently this happens frequently as he changes the company name.
