So happy that we did. We went in and the son of the owner was very professional and showed us some samples. We told him that we wanted it done soon. They were here within a few days to measure. Since it had to be ordered, it took a couple of weeks and we were called immediately when it arrived and date was set. We have had lots of flooring throughout the years. This is the best we have ever had. They did an excellent job installing and never wasted any time getting it done. We have had so many compliments. They also stand behind their product. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of flooring.

Fir starters they measured incorrectly ordering over one hundred square feet extra. Jeff burchett, the owner verbally harassed me when I asked for a refund. He told me that if I didnt "play nice" with him that he wouldn't help me out because , "I already have your money and I di not care about your opinion" he proceeded to hang up the phone on me! After much debate between my contractor him and myself my contractor went to henry county flooring with our extra flooring where jeff wrote us a PARTIAL refund check. When I cashed the check (that was written for 280 but should have been 500) the check BOUNCED!! I have been harassed by the woman working there and still, several months later I have not received my money or even an apology. They now owe me 520 (20 extra for the check bounce fee) and they REFUSE to pay it unless I take them to court!!! I have shed so many tears and I been taken complete advantage of. It would be a huge mistake to allow henry county flooring to do any of your flooring needs.

Called them for an Estimate on replacing…read morea Back Splash, Counter tops, sink, replacing a Ceiling light, moving and wall switch and Installing a Pantry Cabinet. After getting several estimates and meeting with the various contractors, my wife and I decided to go with them. My wife liked the two gentlemen and their attitudes. They started the work on Monday January 25, 2021. Everything went well with the countertop and backsplash as well as the Electrical work. A big plus, they were done with that portion of the work in 3 days... He asked if I could go ahead and pay them, so, Liking what had transpired up to that point, I went ahead and paid them in full... A third party cabinet maker had told me that the Pantry would be done Friday, January 29, 2021 and we set an appointment with the contractor to get it installed and finish the backsplash. The cabinet was not ready that Friday, so we rescheduled for the following Monday. The cabinet maker called me on Monday February 1, 2021 and told me that the cabinet would not be ready that day. Knowing that the Contractor had talked to them on the previous Friday, I called him and asked him what he was told as to when the Cabinet would be finished. He immediately got defensive and refused to tell me what they told him... I don't know, he might not have understood what I was asking. I asked he the question twice and could not get an answer from him. I lost my temper, yelled at him and hung up the phone to call the Cabinet Maker back. I then called the Cabinet maker back and they had the finished Pantry delivered to my house that same day. When I called the contractor back to schedule the time for them to finish the job, I was told to find someone else. He said that I was Mean to him on the phone and he would not be disrespected... Now that all of this has transpired, I tried to look them up on google, they are not listed. The Card I was given said "20 years experience"... When I looked them up with the Better Business Bureau, they have only been in business for 5 years... I Learned my lesson. I will do a better job of researching who I do business with and definitely will not fall for a sob story and pay them before the job is finished... I am out the total cost of the job and have a kitchen that is not finished...
