The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things. We called and one the workers showed up on time within a few days to take down info and discuss our remodel and painting work. We asked how long it would take for a proposal because we were having two others done at the same time. He said a week to a week and a half. Seventeen days and two phone calls later and still no proposal. Why not? We have no clue. Maybe the job was too small for them, but they could have just said that instead of stringing us along with promises and excuses. When a contractor starts off badly it's never a good sign of things to come. We went with another contractor who is much more professional and attentive.
