Moreover, he was able to schedule service within the first few weeks. His references were impeccable. We opted to select Kyle to paint several interior rooms in our Barrington home. Kyle kept in constant contact leading up to the date we scheduled. On the morning of our service, Kyle showed up promptly and worked diligently to complete his task. He was neat, pleasant, professional and expert. After day 1, Kyle has finished the first coat on all of the areas needed. The following week, he returned to complete his work. The painting work was very high grade, no spills, streaks or otherwise. The borders were crisp and the trims exact. I also needed some carpentry work done, and I was fortunate because they employ their own carpenters. After the in-person consultation, the office staff provided me with a detailed and inclusive estimate which was very fair. The carpenters, Frank and Brian, arrived on the stated date and performed their part of the assignment quickly and flawlessly. Two weeks later, the painters, Andrew and Jose, arrived as stated n the contract. I can't say enough about the perfectionism of this duo. I had many cabinets and moldings requiring fine, detailed work. I've had a tremendous amount of work done in my home in the past, but their work was unparalleled. I was impressed with Andrew's building of an enclosed plastic room within my house to sand and spray the cabinets. There was never any dust or mess at the end of the day. It was honestly amazing. My cabinets are silky and look brand new. I pretty much knew what colors I wanted to use, but "Two Brothers" provides a color specialist who did make a house call. She gave me some good ideas, and if you don't know what colors to choose, she'd be great for someone who was undecided. Andrew and Jose completed my entire kitchen and back entry quickly and to perfection. Not only were they superb as painters, they were polite, unobtrusive and easy to work with. Bristol Painting has executed several interior jobs for us starting last year. The first three…read morejobs had excellent results. The last job failed immediately with no underlying problem. The company responded as soon as we reported the issue and came out to diagnose. They diagnosed and stated they would fix it so we felt as if the problem would be addressed. When they returned to repair, they only claimed to fix the most egregious issue and even went so far as to deny the less apparent issue with excuses. The repair only addressed a portion of the egregious issue. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and integrity demonstrated following their original commitment, not to mention the quality of the repair. We will now have to engage in a contract with a different company to remediate.
