I lived at M Residential from Dec 2013 through nov 2016 in building 555. The apartments have really nice finishes, big windows, great view of the river and are minutes from I 95. The proximity to the highway was a huge bonus. As an added plus, heat and AC are included in building 555. Although the complex is located in Central Falls, there were minimal issues with crime. Also the buildings have great security. My building had fingerprint access to get into your apartment, and they give you an RF key fob to access the outside doors. Also if you forget your fob, you could always get inside with a code at the front door. This really came in handy because have two 50 lb dogs that lived with me, and I had to take them out several times a day so it is no big deal if you forget your keys. My dogs made all kinds of friends with the neighborhood dogs. There is not a ton of green space so the apartment management worked with the city to get a dog park installed about a block away. The grounds are maintained very well and the year that it snowed 10 feet they really did a spectacular job clearing the parking lots and sidewalks. I am from WI and I have never seen snow cleared away that well, they basically worked around the clock that winter... The housekeeping and maintenance staff are really responsive and do a fantastic job, the hallways snd common areas were cleaned DAILY. Issues are handled by the building manager quickly, for example any issues with noisy neighbors, people not picking up dog poop, etc. i bought a house otherwise I would probably still be there. read more

My family and I have lived at M Residential for 3 years. We've actually lived in both the 555 building and the 501 building. The two buildings are very different from each other but both offer spacious apartments with tons of amenities. The 555 building has a modern, polished style with a few more modern amenities (e.g. key-less entry, in unit water heaters, zoned HVAC, etc..) and the 501 building has a homely feel with more exposed brick and unique architectural character. Having visited many of the units in both buildings, all of the apartments have nice hard wood floors and most units have spacious high ceilings. M Residential is less than a minute away from I95 and conveniently located near shopping areas and grocery stores. The buildings are right next to the Blackstone River and has a paved path along the river that allows for calm casual walks. The building management is friendly, helpful and responsive to concerns and issues. This is NOT a great place to live. The elevator is always breaking down and they do not call a real repair person to fix it. There is nothing there to offer you, no pool or gym just the apartment itself. People do not pick up after their pets and they even let them go in the parking lot! They almost lost the place due to owing back taxes but paid them at midnight hour. They have let the grounds go. You can do so much better elsewhere. People's dogs bark all the time the walls are paper thin I could go on but you get the point. 9/8/2011 Update: 4/12/2014 I find it odd that it takes a company almost 3 years to respond. With the comment towards back taxes this was all public information reported on the news and even in Boston. I have lived here for nearly three years and while there have been times that construction of the new facilities have been slightly disruptive, my family has loved being here and highly recommend this mill community as a place to live. Following the completion of construction, we now have a wonderful amenity building with a beautiful gym, movie theatre, and even general purpose room all adorned with beautiful moldings and marble floors....all for tenants to use. Their staff is courteous and responsive and their management is always on top of things, despite the large number of people residing here now. The snow management this past winter was outstanding considering how much snow we got in New England and I commend all their hard working staff for the great work. I am going into my second year, in the loft building 501, I am very comfortable here, my loft is bright and beautiful 18ft ceilings, 16ft windows, overlooking the black stone river, with a waterfall view ( what is not to LOVE), Brick walls,Granite counters, ,very large rooms, master bathroom Jacuzzi-separate glass enclosed shower, very Back Bay Boston ( but without the UPSCALE PRICE TAG) plenty of parking ,Wonderful commute aspects, wish I could post pictures...so you could get the real picture, I would HIGHLY recommend M residential , I hope to be here for very long time. My husband and I have been living at M residential for almost 4 years now! We absolutely love it here! This is by far the nicest place we have looked at and it is pet friendly (and not only for pets 25lb & under!) The apartments are spacious and we LOVE the high ceilings and open floor plans. The location is very convenient as well. It is minutes from the highway, train station, Slater Park (+ its dog park) and shopping centers (route 1). Lastly, the management here is awesome. Huge windows, high ceilings, awesome modern fixtures/appliances and tons of space! The management team is better than other apartments as they send out prompt emails of what's going on! The location is great for a short walk to the bus stop or a short drive to shopping in Mass, Pawtucket, or even downtown Providence! You can't beat the waterfall! Me and my wife love this place that comes very close to perfection! The beautiful unique glass appliances, the hardwood floors and exposed beams! People are very nice, the gym, party hall, movie theater, pool table game room, the river, the waterfall, did I mention the waterfall?, the kayak/boat dock, and the beautiful old stone bridge that crosses the river... how the river water lights up with the reflection of the lights....and there is..... the waterfall! read more

I am new to M residential but am very happy I chose to live here. It is a pet friendly community and the other resident's are so nice and friendly in my building. I live in the condos at 555 Roosevelt. The parking is plentiful, there is a nice walking path overlooking the black stone river,there is a ton of storage space in my apartment, I feel safe there, and Pierre, the manager, is always on site and available. My apartment at M Residential is quite beautiful with the exposed brick walls and open floor plans. I have a great view of the Blackstone River. The neighbors are friendly and the grounds are well kept. Management is quick to resolve any issues. The fact that it is conveniently located near I95 with easy on/off access is a big plus!!
