Dropped off my Jeep Wrangler on or around February 19 for service and handed the keys to the shop…read moreafter parking directly in front. At the time, my vehicle had a custom engraved bullet antenna installed valued around $200-$300. When I picked the vehicle up later the same day, the antenna was gone. After reviewing my dash cam footage, it clearly shows the antenna on the vehicle when I left my residence and drove directly to the shop. After leaving the shop, I stopped at a car wash where their entry photos show the antenna was already missing. I contacted the shop to try to resolve the issue, but was told their security footage does not go back far enough and they declined responsibility. I'm not accusing anyone directly, but the antenna disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession. Just sharing my experience for transparency so other customers are aware.

I don't expect much customer service wise from a tow truck driver, but at the very least perform your duties in a professional manner. I wouldn't trust them with a piece of gum, certainly not with anything of any worth. State Farm and any other insurance company that has them listed need to remove them ASAP. Completely unacceptable. Do not use this service.
