We went into her office to do the Paperwork for the test drive, she said to give her a minute to check with her manager about taking the Vehicle home. As I sat in her office you could hear the manager say, "How old is He" "We can't let him test drive if he isn't going to buy it" "We aren't going to get him Financed". I'm 30 years old and own/have owned more vehicles than most in my life. I ended up leaving on the spot. At the end of the day I'm not going to beg them to sell me a vehicle and we are talking about a used 2015 $12,450 vehicle that did not need to be financed. Cash sale, Paid out right at the time of purchase. Save yourself the time and energy. If you look young or don't drive into the parking lot driving a 2024 F250 you will be profiled.

That has never been the case at Daniels Chevrolet in Swainsboro, Georgia. I've purchased a new Chevrolet Tahoe in 2017 and two used GMC Yukons in 2020. After I was in an accident in the first Yukon, all it took was one phone call and Ed had us in a vehicle to drive until he could find us a replacement for the totaled Yukon. Ed Daniels has been very good to us. He is a great salesman. We tell him what we can afford, and he does the rest of the work. We know that whatever we need, we can call him and he'll pick up. After that my car was down another 2 weeks because we figured out the transmission needed a flushing, now I have to keep buying fluid because the transmission has a leak. Now they're threatening to repo my car because they messed up with the payment extraction. I sent the lady photographical evidence that their system made the mistake by not taking the payment when the money was there, it never showed up as an attempted debit withdrawal on my account, and her response with a rude tone was "No, absolutely not, you've only made 5 payments; we are not about to start getting behind". Her attitude is nasty, she was rude to me all the way up until it was time for me to purchase the vehicle. I gathered she's nice when payments come in, she's rude when she thinks you don't have the money. Just ugly on the inside and out. Regarding the payment system I mentioned previously, I signed up for auto payments, and it didn't take. That thing called me when she wanted my new insurance, but didn't call when the payment wasn't received...weird. This place seems like a lemon lot, DO NOT buy from here. The moment I can, I'm going to give them their beater back. Keep saving your money and go to a real dealership. The amount of money that I had to put into this car, and still have to because the transmission leak ain't fixed, I could've got a brand new car.
