Dropped off my Jeep Wrangler on or around February 19 for service and handed the keys to the shop after parking directly in front. At the time, my vehicle had a custom engraved bullet antenna installed valued around $200-$300. When I picked the vehicle up later the same day, the antenna was gone. After reviewing my dash cam footage, it clearly shows the antenna on the vehicle when I left my residence and drove directly to the shop. After leaving the shop, I stopped at a car wash where their entry photos show the antenna was already missing. I contacted the shop to try to resolve the issue, but was told their security footage does not go back far enough and they declined responsibility. I'm not accusing anyone directly, but the antenna disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession. Just sharing my experience for transparency so other customers are aware. read more

I'm always leery of taking my vehicles to shops I don't know, but it was highly recommended by a friend of mine who's a HUGE car guy. I know, I know. I'm a chick and most people are going to roll their eyes at a review on a mechanic shop by a chick. But! I used to be a jet mechanic on F16's in the Air Force, soooo I'm not completely wet behind the ears when it comes to maintenance and tools. But I digress, let's get on with this review. First impressions: excellent. Dan took my numerous phone calls, was very professional, courteous, answered all my questions and accepted my drop order of rear rotors and brakes for my Lexus. Trinity Motor Sports shop: clean, comfortable, with a tv and several car magazines to keep a customer busy, and had water and coffee to boot. Service: excellent, my car was done in less than an hour, I did however drop it off right at 1000 when they opened (Saturday hours). Vehicle performance: brakes and rotors are smooth as silk now, AND I still have my locking lug key (yes, people have forgotten to give it back) cough cough "Lexus" Anywhoo, I'm usually doing my own work on my car, but this time I needed the job done while I was out of town. I now know where I can go "if" I ever have any issues with my car while working in Savannah. I stumbled across them just by a recommendation of another business that I was using. The other business told me that they had a place that will treat me great. I came in early on a Saturday and the staff was perked up and ready to serve, they jumped in and started work on my truck. Another customer walked in and was being serviced also so I approached him to gauge his history of coming here since they seemed to know him pretty well. The other customer told me that he has come here often and they are also the most flexible (as in customization variety) place around as he needed a specialized option done. We talked for a bit longer but the more he said already validated my initial impression. I came for one piece of work which would have cost $ but while waiting I asked a question and the staff jumped into giving me options, pulled up those options onto his flat screen wall mounted for me to see. After his explanation of suitability I realized that he was going above and beyond, plus I "got it". He didn't go overboard with Tech speak but he helped .... and I bought$$$. That is what good customer service begets, more $$$ for them. read more

Outstanding service and very friendly staff! I've had my 2017 Jeep Wrangler since new. I bought it with a dealer installed 4" Mopar lift and 35s. After a few years I got the dreaded death wobble and swapped everything out for Metal Cloak. Now, a few years later its back. Brought the Jeep in to Trinity and they fixed me right up and I had new tires installed as well. The Jeep now rides as good as new. Highly recommend. I'll be back when I need service. It's hard to find a place you can trust when it comes to servicing vehicles so when I find such a place, I stick with them. read more

I had to have an oil cooler replaced in my truck. I've already done one myself and didn't want to do it again. These guys have GREAT communication and were quick at getting the part replaced. While I was there I had them install my radio and do some new flush mount reverse lights in my bumper. They managed to accomplish all of it in house and within less than two days. Over the past year I had been having a difficult time with 2 other local Savannah shops getting my wheels balanced 3 separate times (one of which hunter roadforce balanced). I am a auto Technician at small repair shop here in town who has been desperately trying to find a shop who is capable of aligning the steering on my 1967 mustang due to me not owning an alignment machine. I have had multiple botch jobs a few which left me a bit terrified after I had no control over my steering (Rutland Tire) and one time when my wheel about fell off (which why you'd take the wheel off idk) Feeling a bit hopeless due to being charged six different times with no real results other than close calls with near injury/death I didn't know what to do. I didn't feel safe bringing my car to anyone at this point. But after some online digging I came across these guys and gave them a call. They sounded very confident in their ability to be able to get my ride straight and told me waiting would be no problem (which wasn't the case anywhere else) and scheduled me for an appointment at 8am Friday Oct 13th. Upon arrival I felt good with my interactions with the guys and they took my ride back immediately. I was on the road again by 9am with a straight driving car. Feeling relieved for the first time in months I took it straight to my shop and lifted and inspected the work and found it all to look clean and intact! These guys are on a different level of excellence and efficiency and all around good vibes and I will be taking my car to them from now on for all my alignment needs! I first came here on a recommendation from a friend. I was new to the area and was looking for a shop who was familiar and used to working on lifted vehicles. The owner made me feel comfortable with the work they were doing and explained his background to me. I entrusted my vehicle with them (something I don't take lightly) and to say I was impressed is an understatement. They took as good of, if not better care of my truck than I do! I have since been back several times. Sometimes to just purchase parts to isn't all myself, other times to let them install them. You can tell with every interaction that they take pride in their work and want to make sure you are happy. I had an issue with my seat belt on the drivers side of my car and I called one place who told me to take it to my car dealership. It would have been a very long, long ride so I decided to check my neighborhood and see if there was some one could help me. I found Trinity Motorsports and called. The store manager Max told me to come over and he would try to help me. He worked on my seat belt for about 1/2 hour or more and he fixed the problem. Max was generous with his time and one of the nicest people I have ever met. I will be taking my car back to Trinity Motorsports in Pooler, GA and it is good to know I have found a home for my car. I wouldn't feel safe taking my truck anywhere else. Mr. Dan and his guys put in a lift kit for me a few weeks back. Now if you know anything about doing custom work on your truck, you know that you are going to compromise some of the smooth ride. With that being said, some shops do a wham bam thank you ma'am type of job that can leave you feeling like your right tire is going to fly off every time you floor pass a Prius. Not here. They really took their time and made sure I was getting the best product and service. My truck still feels safe while looking good. read more

Brought my 2007 Mazda 3 in for a tire wear and noisy ride issue. They installed rear shocks and adjustable rear upper control arms and performed an alignment. Don't know about the wear yet. But the ride is quiet again and tracking straighter than ever. read more
