Our lawn was cut too low on the last service to which we sent pictures and didn't receive any response until we requested a refund due to no response after several days and noting there's weeds growing. We stated at that time we would be looking for a different service provider. At that time it was "I'm sorry what???. Bs1Stop was then called, left a message and still no return call. Bs1Stop stated "I'm sorry I broke my phone and have no contacts.. Who is this? And what seems to be the issue??". He was called back and then left another message. Still no call back. He was then sent my name and the invoice showing all my information. He ask again "what's the problem?. I resend the previous pictures of my lawn. Also, informing that you started texting previously and stopped/asked him to call my husband to take care of the situation via phone. Thus far I have requested a refund at least THREE different due to lack of service mainly. I do have pictures and texts to validate.

i called craig with the best intent to install tile on my kitchen backsplash. it has been nothing…read morebut a clown-show since. i initially measured it myself to make sure i had my numbers write...it was 28 sq ft with shrinkage. he should have ordered no less than 24 sq ft without shrinkage. he initially told me it would be installed when it got in, next week. after 2+ weeks, i called craig to find out why it was not installed. he told me that he had to jump through all these extra hoops to order. i asked him why he didnt call me and tell me? he said he forgot. after another two weeks and me verifying that the tile was at the shop for over a week now, i realized that he was as big of a clown as it seemed. no only that, the clown only ordered 20 sq ft so now i have to hire a competent person to order the extra sq ft'age i need and wait for that to come in before they can competently install the tile. needless to say, i would not recommend doing business with them under any circumstances. likely i am going to have to sue to get the rest of my deposit back and
